Excellent, both the lads had personality, we had a great laugh, they were helpful when questions were asked, I felt perfectly safe as I was one my own with the lads,they were as clean in there work as best they could, I'd highly recommend this company as these lads

Everything was beautifully and thoroughly done and then, finally, the 2 of them spent extra time trying to sort out the App I needed and they even took a photo of the inside of the loft so that I don't have to struggle up there - my kids can at some point do that! I would thoroughly recommend this firm and these 2 men.

In2gr8ted Solutions were one of the few to take on what was a challenging job after larger operators and other experienced companies rejected to quote due to our roof having slate tiles and a multi-aspect roof. Despite the challenges the experienced installers finished the job in good time and to a high degree of workmanship. The cherry on the cake was that they are one of the few installers that also registered for our export MPAN with the DNO on our behalf, (much to the surprise of our energy supplier) so we had our export tariff set up just over 2 weeks after install. Easy to deal with and good communication at all times.

Fitter arrived on time and politely got on with fitting the batteries without any fuss. He tidied up afterwards and checked that everything looked to be OK. In response to a question about properly integrating our solar installation with the batteries he pointed out what had not been done by our original installer. I'm looking forward to a quote for getting this rectified.

Excellent service by all the team . The boys Harry and Dan worked through heavy rain all day. Really friendly and helpful.

Bought my PV back in 2019, had a questions about, and was answered really quickly.

We encountered an issue with our battery storage which prompted referral back to the installer, In2gr8ted Solutions. They were on the case immediately and subsequently identified the problem. It was too late that day to arrange a “next day” visit however, an electrician was sent the day following and complete repair made. Everything now working as it should.

The batteries and inverter arrived by courier about an hour before Dan and Harry who were friendly and expert in fitting the cables by replacing existing from the loft. We were impressed with their work and support to give us Apps and online info. Very impressed with them.

The experience with the installation of our batteries and inverter has been easy, professional and rewarding. The process has had its ups and downs but managed to high standards. I had the pleasure to have Paul and Scott to conduct the install. Their initial meeting was professional with a hand shake and encouraging attitude. They were straight on the job with some breaks of earl grey tea. They poured lashings of information with ideas for the installation with no negative feedback on my changes. Peter ( the boss) is aplomb manager who has respect for these guys as he gives encouraging comments or guidance if required. I am seriously can’t fault the process and I am very happy with the installation and meeting a gregarious and professional people.

Totally delighted with the excellent job,the two fitters worked so hard through the atrocious weather but still managed to do the job in such a professional manner. The whole experience from start to finish was without any hiccups and would certainly highly recommended them.

I first used In2gr8ted Solution for a solar install of 8 panels and a home battery in September 2023. Since then I have used them on another two occasions, to install a further 6 panels on a dormer roof in October, and then today to install an EV charger. Their service has been excellent from first contact to the completion of the work, which has always been done quickly and efficiently.

The people who installed the batteries were very friendly and polite. When they had finished the job they removed all rubbish and left the place clean and tidy,
