Our service personnel arrived on time and carried out a clean and efficient sweep of our chimney and renewal or the door seal. Gave a general inspection of serviceability of the back fireplates and we are fully satisfied with the job. 👍

Excellent service from a professional team who made the experience absolutely painless. It has made a huge difference to the comfort of our home.

We had a wood burner installed and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Communication was clear from the start, the quote was detailed and fair, and the work was carried out exactly as discussed.

The installers were tidy, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing, especially given the age of the property and the existing fireplace. Everything was explained properly, from compliance and safety through to how to use the stove day to day.

The finished result looks great and feels like it’s been done properly, not rushed. Would happily recommend and use again

Highly recommend Incendium if you're looking to get a fireplace remodelled! We had our manky old 80s gas fire and questionable purple marble surround removed, and the fireplace boxed and plastered with a new oak beam set above it, new slate hearth and a new stove installed. The whole job was done in a day, including sorting out chimney pot etc, and the team cleaned up really thoroughly before they left. Transformation is brilliant and both the person who came to sort the quote and the people who did the install were really friendly and explained everything we needed to know well. Incendium Fireplaces Ltd helped convert our old cottage open-fire and transformed it to a modern fireplace with a multi fuel log burner.
From the day of it being quoted, they provide you with lots of advice and information, they provide you with a thorough detailed quote with a clear breakdown of costs.
They're great at communicating via email and we're always happy to answer our questions.
We came into a plumbing issue on the day of installation which was no one's fault, but they were able to arrange a plumber to fix the issue and completed the installation effectively at a later date.
We're really pleased with the final product and they so kindly plastered over the aftermath from the plumbing jobs which was very appreciated.

Excellent company to deal with great price arrived on time and clean and tidy and work is to a very high standard this the second time we have used Matthew 1first to replace and install a double lined flue and new chimney pot on our thatched Cottage and this time a new fire place hearth in slate excellent work as expected so thank you Matthew and Billy from Nigel and Lizzie

The whole process was very smooth from Matthew talking us through what was needed and advising us through to Matt and Billy who removed the old fireplace and opened the chimney breast up, plastered, swept the chimney and fitted the hearth and woodburner. They were very clean and removed all the rubble and old fireplace surround.

Our installation of our new double lined flue and new chimney pot ,Matthew and his assistant was excellent very tidy and took extra care in installing our new flue and chimney pot .we live in a thatched cottage Matthew arranged the cherry picker and was an expert in manoeuvring in to position all work done very professionally and clean when he left very highly recommend this company .Excellent service and polite and knowledgeable

Our wood burner was installed by another company several years ago but it didn't work well. It needed a chimney flue and new cowl fitted. Incendium Stoves and Fireplaces were recommended by friends. Very pleased with the efficient way the work has been carried out.

We would recommend this company without reservation. Matthew arrived on time, and gave us excellent advice about log burners and fitting.
We received the quote on the same evening, and immediately agreed a date when his people could do the work.
The fitting was completed with the minimum of disturbance: a new chimney liner, fireproof boarding and plastering, the fire itself and a new chimney pot. Our living room was left spotless when the crew left.
Over its first winter, the burner has provided an incredible amount of heat, with great efficiency. It is wonderful focal point for our living room. We are delighted with our Burley Stove and with the service from Incendium.
