Matt visited me for the initial survey, & spent nearly an hour patiently answering my many questions, I knew little about wood burning stoves and he has a vast knowledge and wealth of experience. Matt and his Team were very professional and nothing was too much trouble throughout, even though I changed my mind on the stove I wanted, & then changed it back again, Matt was patient and understanding. The stove was fitted with little disruption and nowhere near as much mess as I had anticipated, I had my fireplace knocked out, and everything was explained clearly to me at the various stages of work.
Everything was completed within a day, and I am very happy with the outcome. I am very happy with the service I received from Matt and his Team, and would not hesitate to highly recommend Incendium Stoves & Fireplaces, great customer service at a good price.
