Decided to go with Incendium Stoves & Fireplaces for a new wood burner after reading all of the great reviews that have been left by previous customers. Really glad we did and would highly recommend them ourselves. Matthew came out and helped us decide what wood burner to choose and explained the work that would be done. No hard sell. His team was great and did all of the work in one day and left the area clean and tidy. Has transformed our lounge and we have been super cosy and warm. 10/10

I had done a lot of research and checking not only the type of wood burner stove with its technologies and the type of installer, but it was clear after my search that the best on the market for price and quality was the Charlton & Jenrick Woodtec 5 Extra Wide 5kW wood stove with stainless steel handle. Size 548H x 564W x 324D. In addition, I had invited several 3 in total installers to make me their best offer. What I liked about Matthew Cook (the owner of Incedium Stoves & Fireplaces) is when he visited me to measure up all the requirements, he fully explained the differences between the manufacturers and their qualities. in addition, explained about the installation and that he was fully flexible with any part of the supply and installation, this was not the case with other offers. I wanted a large slab of Black Granite for my hearth, Matthew did offer this, but after I had checked around and found that I could order locally the very same piece and save some costs, Matthew, was so understanding and fully agreed I could do this and even helped me in the ordering of the Granite hearth, just fantastic customer service. So, it is obvious that I gave the order to Matthew and within a few weeks two of his highly skilled installers arrived for the installation, one man called Matt. They installed the external Flue Pipe double insulated, raised the Mantelpiece and its supports to above the new Woodtec 5 Extra Wide “fire see photo”, installed the granite hearth floating above the carpet, looks fantastic, placed the fire finished the wall and sealed everything making the room look just incredible. I am happy to report that this company Incendium fireplaces, Matthew and his team are absolutely first calls and have a great deal of experience and care when selling and installing Wood Burners. I highly recommend this company, and should you choose this company for your supply and installation, you will not be disappointed, the opposite your expectations will be Unsurpassed. Our experience with Incendium was great from start to finish; clear communication, more than happy to take time to discuss all possible options, dealing with queries and great after sales...and on the installation side, the team were easy to work with, polite and knowledgeable - they worked brilliantly alongside other contractors, flexibly resolving any minor issues, working cleanly and with care. All in all, we're delighted with our new stove and with Incendium's services.

We chose Incendium over other companies who quoted us based on their no pressure sales approach and clear up front pricing explanation. We unfortunately encountered an unexpected structural issue with our existing chimney on the day on install, but Incendium fireplaces worked with us to find an salvage solution which would be affordable, given that a large amount of extra work was needed and they returned as soon as they could during their busy season to get the work completed. They have been responsive to all calls and emails when we have had queries.

Turned up bang on time ,very clean and efficient done an excellent job also vacuuming the carpet when they had finished.Would recommend to anyone thinking of having a log burner installed 😊

Matthew Cook from Incendium fireplaces did a brilliant job installing our new log burner in our Victorian cottage.

Initially he came out to meet us and discuss options and was really friendly and helpful.

Matthew and Matt came out on the agreed date and did a really good job of installing our Fireline log burner including installing a new chimney liner and chimney pot.

Great service and I would definitely recommend Incendium if you’re looking to install new or replacement log burner.
