This company took my order and payment and has not delivered the order or replied to emails or answered phone calls. The company appears to be a scam.

I placed an order with this company after some very good experiences. Can not fault their crystals hence why i used them again. My last experience not so good. I ordered a gift for someone with the light base but the base never arrived. Since May i have asked where my base is & on 3 occasions told it is being sent on 24hr delivery. Now nearly August. Been sent other peoples orders sent to my email plus phone with their info on. Unacceptable! Still not got my base & the customer service is shocking. No longer about the item but the treatment i have recieved about this matter. Apparently i was told today the person fobbing me off is the person in charge. Amazing how they are allowed to take my money & not uphold the order but if ithe boot was on the other foot & i owed them? Well we know the answer.
I now have my problem solved. I have no problem with the guality of the crystals they are amazing. My only problem this time around was the customer service. Always stuck with these for all my crystals.

Ordered 3 pendants with my beloved parents on them. They were tacky, massive more like medalions and so thick and heavy. Was told these are the new size(previously had 5 from them). They also said they came from China and couldn't be returned. I thought they produced these themselves. I am now stuck with these monstrosities as couldn't give them to my sisters for Christmas as they are embarrassing and would upset my sisters. Terrible customer service and awful products.

Ordered a crytsal light base, it turned up and could not control the lights,contacted company they realised that the remote control had not been included, sent out next day.

Absolutely horrible service, ordered crystal heart engraved and was absolutely sub par quality, even though it was £49.99 it was a complete waste of money had to go to another place that does it and spent a bit more money but we'll worth it, also the actual site doesn't allow negative reviews of products, I put a 1 star review on there site 2 weeks ago and still not up even though it was a polite message regardless of the product, so nice to see they only allow positive reviews and keep customers away from knowing how dreadful there product is

Item arrived damaged emailed them still no reply 2 weeks later tried calling several times an can't get through just goes to a voice mail avoid at all cost!!

I received the crystal photo and very pleased with it. I have ordered a second one and hope it will be as nice.

If a customer orders something which the seller hasn't already got in stock is bad enough.
BUT if the seller has no intention of sending the item or returning the payment then in my book and in the eyes of the law, that is straightforward,
DECEPTION AND FRAUD.
There can be no argument in defence.

I cannot praise this company enough! Customer service faultless! Guided me through the process of a beautiful heart crystal for my sons birthday. I am so pleased with my purchase. Well done Incrystal and thank you.

Wow! This was better than I thought. The 2D image was made 3D. My Border Collie has come to life in a keyring. This was a beautiful gift my partner loves!
I will be looking to get more soon.

Ordered the '3D Diamond Photo Crystal' on the 22nd and it's arrived on the 26th. Was sent an email with tracking via Royal Mail. The crystal is beautiful and the quality is even better than I was expecting. Has made for the perfect engagement gift!

Placed order and recieved item within a week. Looks better than I imagined. Really happy with the product and I'll definitely buy again. Thanks

The text on the item isn’t centred.. it’s mid-right. It looks awful! I tried to contact the company but received no response.

I was quite delighted on receiving the 3d cube crystal. The 3d image cameout very clear and distinct. This was a gift to my beloved wife was thrilled with this gift. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Loved the crystal. Delivered in 4 days. Will definitely order more christmas gifts.

Not a great experience for us unfortunately. Ordered something for a gift. Had dispatch email but tracking number didn’t work. A week past when it was supposed to come we tried to email, which apparently was declined by the sender and sent back to us. Tried to ring the number on the website, someone answered. Very strange, sounded like someone’s house. She said no one was in the office and she would get someone to get back to us. No one did. Found numerous different emails from scrolling through complaints on their Facebook page (obviously by this point I was seriously regretting the purchase due to the amount of terrible reviews) so emailed everyone I could find and threatened with legal advice which is very much within my rights if I have paid for something and haven’t received. They sent me a snotty email back saying they would defend their case. Which is fine, but I wanted my money back. Anyways I got my money back in the end, but seriously, I would not bother with this company. Absolutely terrible and the customer service is shocking.

FAKE - experience is poor. Sent something that was labelled Boroline- took nearly 2 months. When it arrived, the damn tube was empty - so disappointed. Sent an email, no response back. Never ever again! - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - If I could give them a minus -10 stars wouldn't even describe how mad I am.

This company is fake, they took my money and don’t have any products, they pretend there is warehouses and call centres but it’s all family run and they are very unprofessional, they say they have stock when they don’t, it’s completely fake and they should be reported and shut down, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I luckily got my refund after I talked a member of the family through how to send me a refund through PayPal as she didn’t know how to do it, it’s a fake company do not buy from them.
