I can't praise this company enough. We wanted a gift for our parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary and were worried that, due to the current pandemic, that it wouldn't have been delivered in time. Having chatted extensively via email, we were encouraged to place an order which arrived beautifully presented the next day at no extra cost. Great service from start to finish.

I ordered from this fck!n sh!t company crystal for our wedding anniversary.It cost 70 pounds.I received very very very sh!t product.There is no possible to recognize faces or anything else inside the crystal.There is no photo inside just piece of plastic sh!t which is awful.This company is group of bast@rds,scamers liars and never respond on my e-mails.They are fu*kin thieves!!!If they will coment my review I telling them FUCCK YOU FU*CKIN BAST@RDS!!!NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THOSE BAST@RDS

Damaged item was given and no response from the shop

I purchased two of 3D LED key chain. One of them was totally damaged. I immediately contacted the customer service in Incrystals to send me a replacement or refund the cost. However, they have not come back me though they had already took the full cost from my bank account.

I am not sure whether Incrystals is going to solve this problem based on other customers' review here.

I ordered 2 items only one come.
I have emailed them since saturday and nothing I have rang the 40 times which had cost me £50.00. As I didnt realise it was outside my minutes.
And no joy.
But they have been paid for 2 items only sent 1.
Not good enough I have tried everything to get my 2nd one and nothing.
Its cost me £40.00 in calls to try and get the rest of my order and nothing please dont ring no point they wont answer

Unfortunately, the item I received had the writing in the frame which was wonky and not straight. I asked for a resolution and had one response back but nothing more, despite several attempts to resolve. You shouldn't have to pay for a faulty item.
Would never use them again.

I made an order for a photo in a crystal. The photo inhad sent was not suitable apparantly, which is fine, but after then asking for a refund on the £77 paid I have had no response to 3 emails to their customer service team.
Fingers crossed everyone else doesn't have to get a refund.

Very good service. The photo needed editing removing the marks but they did it themselves without me asking and looked really nice with quality.

Ordered 11 days ago and nothing received. They were not too slow in taking my payment. No communication to advise what is happening

I viewed what I wanted online, it was so easy, I looked at all the additions you can add if you wanted, uploaded my photo, then viewed it in the basket, once I was happy I purchased it. Within 2 days I had received it, I am so so happy with my Crystal, it is amazing, it's fantastic how they do it. I will definitely save Incrystals and use them again.
