I ordered an ipad of wowcher from this company over 2 weeks ago and I've only just heard back I'm hoping it will be delivered by end of week quite a quick email back to try resolve the issue

I ordered an iPad using Wowcher from this company. Despite emailing and calling with all details still to get a response of any kind. Online ordering mailbox is full. Hopefully get the iPad today as becoming frustrated with lack of communication. Since my negative review Inctablet contacted me assured the order was being processed. They stated the volume of orders was excessive thus the delay in dispatching my ipad. I was kept updated and the iPad arrived today. Fully satisfied Unfortunately after positive updated review ipad had to be returned as battery would not hold charge. I have been unable to use iPad since I bought it early November. Unsure when I will receive ipad back from company. Would not recommend

The measure of a business is in how they deal with problems. Dealing in refurbished 'tech' stuff is prone to problems . . . . IncTablet dealt with my minor problem incredibly quickly and effectively. We'll definitely return.

I ordered a 40mm Apple Watch to help me with my fitness goals, they then wrote me an email shortly after I ordered saying it just ran out of stock. But they kindly offered me an upgrade to the 44mm free of charge. I was delighted!!

At first I did want to get the 44mm, but I was on a budget and could only afford the 40mm.

Ordered a iphone 7 they realised it was out of stock, upgraded me to iphone8 no extra charge ,was delivered next day, these guys go above and beyond so you are not with out a phone to long ,thank you will use you again

I initially had a delivery issue but it was my mistake, contacted by inc tablet who were extremely courteous and helpful. Recieved an apple ipad air, i have ordered other refurbished items from different companies but this was by far the beat quality. Was like brand new packaged well and has made my son very happy without having to break the bank. Would definitely recommend this service

Had a little technical problem but was quickly resolved. Had a call from the company which was apologetic and very helpful and friendly.

The two phones I received were in excellent condition, however there was no box as promised and I chose to return them. I received a courtesy call to check whether I wanted another product sent out as replacement but as this was not wanted a refund was issued quickly and efficiently.

Fast delivery would recommend to buyers to try inctablet

I ordered two iPads from Inc Tablet via a Wowcher deal in November (one to be delivered to me, one to a relative). The delivery date quoted when I ordered was 6th December which meant they would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas.

By 15th December neither tablet had arrived so I emailed the company stressing both tablets needed to arrive before Christmas. I was told they were very busy and the tablets would be sent out the next week. On 22nd December the IPad I had ordered for a relative arrived but there was no sign of the one I had ordered to give to my son for Christmas.

I emailed again and was told that there had been an administrative error and they would send out the second IPad asap. I knew it wouldn't arrive before Christmas so I had to buy my son something else. Finally, today, one month after the original date quoted, the second tablet arrived.

I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from them via Wowcher in the run up to Christmas as they obviously struggled to fulfill all the orders, and I wasn't informed about the status of my orders until I chased.

Edited to update: Since I posted this true and honest review IncTablet contacted me to say they will be removing the warranty on the second item I ordered (which was delivered a month late) because they didn't like my review. This is goes against Trading Standards and I am horrified by the treatment I have received as a customer who spent over £400 with them.
