I've been using In Demand Toys for a…
I've been using In Demand Toys for a long time and the service has always been outstanding. Items are normally processed and sent very quickly and are well packed in the delivery boxes. On the (very) rare occasion that something has gone wrong, my query has been dealt with promptly and politely, with replacements or refunds issued at speed - I can only recall this happening once in my many years as a customer and that was a problem after the delivery had left ID Toys, so wasn't even their fault.
An excellent company that also sources many hard to find items that aren't available in mainstream stores - well worth spending your money with!

Friendly & Fantastic
I’ve been buying from ID Toys for years, and there is a reason they are my go-to hobby site to order from. There’s a great rewards system, Nick & Matt are top chaps, their prices are good, and there is a physical shop too. They are really friendly and helpful if you ever have an issue, and they go out of their way to help.
