With regards to online orders - very quick despatch and packed very well.

The shop - WOW! It’s small but it is packed. I picked up several Star Wars Black series in there that weren’t on the site. They weren’t overpriced considering how rare they were - this includes the orange and blue wave blackseries from 2013 and 2014.

Great company, great products, items always packed really well. Will never not deal with ID Toys. Simply put, they’re brilliant!!

So far.. after quite a few orders with "IDT" over the last couple of months mainly of Star Wars items I can't speak highly enough of their overall service.

Probably my only wish is that they had more "In Stock" items, so I could order more from them, but clearly that's not their fault as many of the items are just awkward to get hold of even for them.

So overall my experience using them up till now is very positive.

Ordered 2 Star Wars figures that I had been waiting to be notified about when they were back in stock. I got email to tell me they were back in stock so I bought them. When the package arrived one figure was missing. When I rang up they told me I was notified in error 🤨 gutted. I thought I was getting Qi'ra for a fiver !! Offered nothing to make amends 😵

One of the best stores for action figures in the UK - I use them constantly. Really nice people, who keep fans and collectors up to date on social media as well as at live events. Website is slick and works well, orders are dispatched with considerable care toward packaging, which is essential to collectors. Additionally, and perhaps what sets them apart is they often manage to source high demand items from overseas - typically when stock allocation toward UK is low, taking a lot of the hassle out of sourcing action figures. Haven't been to their Norwich HQ yet - but hope to in the near future.

Saw a product advertised on their Facebook and purchased it through their website easily. I received and email within an hour saying item was dispatched and it arrived 2 days later well packaged. Faultless process. I currently have about 10 items on preorder with In Demand Toys. Great business.

I would just like to say that (IN-DEMAND TOYS.)have always been a great company for me to deal with as I am a massive star wars fan and I like to keep my action figures in their packaging, the items that i've ordered so far have always turned up in well packed boxes and have got to in me mint condition and so far I have never had a single problem with (IN-DEMAND TOYS.),I always enjoy dealing with them as they also allow you to pay a 10% deposit which allows you to get the items you want with out having to pay the whole amount upfront, so (IN-DEMAND TOYS.)is a company worth dealing with thank you.
