Practically perfect
I can't find any fault, excellent service. My phone is exactly what I asked for, at a price I thought was fair, the condition was perfect and it arrived sooner than I expected which was a nice surprise. What more can I ask for?
Maybe a glittery pop-up card that sings to you? In Latin?

Terrible! Phone arrived very late, was sold as very good condition, but it was poor condition, scratches, knocks, scuffs and dents, camera does not focus. Very Disappointed and will NOT be recommending to anyone !

2 x galaxy S9's purchased
I purchased 2 galaxy S9 handsets from this company. The condition of both was exactly as described (very good). I had a fault with one of the handsets dropping calls and pausing calls, but the company were very quick to respond and asked me to return the faulty handset.... upon receiving the faulty handset they sent a replacement the very next day... both phones are exactly as described and work perfectly with a very good battery life too.
Overall I'm very pleased with my purchases and with the service that I have received from 'Ineedamobile.com'.

Save money and be a bit more environmentally sound
I decided to finally stop paying £30+ a month and wanted to buy a phone and go SIM only. I Need A Mobile had the phone I wanted in very good condition at a great price, it arrived quickly and I'm up and running saving a few hundred pounds this year alone and making my environmental impact a little lighter. Go for it if you're thinking about it.

They said that they carry out a rigorous testing.
Absolute rubbish, the phone arrived with a completely flat battery and it would not accept a charge. Will not be using them again. The one star is because they did refund our money in a reasonable time.

I ordered a pristine condition Samsung S9 and when it turned up I wasn't disappointed. The only issue was I had to reset the phone myself, so it looks like they ship the phones out as they come in. Not really a problem but worth mentioning you don't get a charger or any accessories so make sure you have all you need before ordering. Overall very good service very fast delivery and the phone seems to be be perfect. I'm happy to recommend them
