The worst experience ever! Don’t pay for priority shipping because you won’t even get the product until about 200 years later. So annoying I needed this stroller for my holiday and they completely ruined my experience I haven’t even received my item

Revised review. Initially I put 1 star due to no communication regarding a split delivery I was unaware of. Upon revision, the delivery companies weird ways are nothing to do with Infababy and therefore I'd like to say, after receiving both products, they are exactly what I bought and arrived within 5 days...spot on service to be honest.

Really better service than other companies and returned policy we bought buggy from Infababy last February 2022 and broken last week after made phone call they sent parts to be fixed.

So the second mental frame they sent out as the same problem it don’t recline!!! She is a baby not a 4 year old ( even though it says up to age 4) I have ask for a refund and they have ignored me?!!! The pram is trash and a waist of money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER!!!
UPDATE on the matter I still have no replacement they offered me £20 refund when the pram cost me over £250 they are very rude and will not send me a refund!!
I dint use the pram as it’s broken. They tried to offer me a pram that was not what I would choose in any shop and it was a lot cheaper!! I am so upset and frustrated with their slow replies and rude comments

Still waiting for my item that should of arrived a week ago. No explanation to why it hasn't arrived. And also no reply via email.

The delivery was really quick so we were really please. The quality of the pram is great so easy to put together and handle. Honestly, well worth the money. Can only recommend.

Purchased the Infababy Ultimo 3 wheel travel system in April. Initially all was great however after 3 months one of the rear wheels would no longer come off making getting it in the boot a little tricky but was still possible. A month later the other rear wheel would no longer stay on which was more of a problem as it would work it’s way off while in use. Contacted Customer services to be told that it’s not a warranty part so had to pay £36 for 1 new wheel. Still can’t get the other wheel off so no point buying another £36 replacement for that, but at least it’s useable for now. Is a good system but probably should be fully useable for more than 3-4 months. Probably worth getting a different brand with more reliability on parts definitely have enough costs with a baby without having to replace the buggy wheels every few months.

Haven’t taken all carry cot or pushchair out yet but the pram base and car seat look great! Easy to put wheels on etc, fit car seat adapters etc.

shocking customer services had 25 emails with no outcome,never answer the phone at a loose end and been robbed money

A great car seat that can be used from birth so no need to buy another seat. So easy to use including swiveling the chair and raising the height. No need to rethread the harness either as moves with the head rest.
