Rubbish warranty service
Really poor customer service when it came to a part that broke on one of the 123 car seats. The customer service agent had me photo and video the broken part, then told me that it was accidental damage. It was not accidental damage at all but a faulty part as I was using the car seat per the car seat instruction manual as supplied with the seat. The part wasn't covered and then you order a new part only for the agent to state oh, and don't forget to pay the customs fee or you won't get the part.
Just awful.
I'd recommend using a different company than infababy as its seems infamously awful at honoring warranty claims and makes out its accidental damage when it clearly isn't.
Infababy in response to your reply, I paid both shipping and a supposed customs fee as per your customer support advise. I have all of the emails saved. So if your response is accurate, does that mean Infababy has in fact stolen my money? Curious to know how you'll resolve that one.

Poor After Sales Service.
Bought in September for my daughter who is due in February. Opened the packaging on delivery and a large circular plastic disc land on the floor. Contacted infababy and their response was to re-attach with superglue !! When I asked them about invalidating any warranty with d.i.y. repairs they told me it was fine. Needless to say I will not be rushing back to them for anything else. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Their reply was to inspect immediately, obviously a generic response as I stated to them about the fault as soon as I received it. Once again Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

Poor customer service and products
We purchased the Infababy MOTO 3in1 i-Size Travel System a year ago. After 11 months of using it, the wheels just fell off whilst I was out with my daughter in the buggy. Something must have snapped in them that you cannot attach them anymore. I have sent Infababy an email explaining the issue and they refused to send me a new buggy, or give back my money or send me replacement parts. All they said was that the wheels broke is my own mistake and I can purchase new wheels on their website.
The wheels for my model are currently sold out and would cost me 35 pounds plus a fee of 15 pounds I have to pay to get them delivered from Ireland. They then would probably stuck in customs and need weeks to get delivered. Appalling service. Never again.
UPDATE: they looked into my order again but said, I ordered over a year ago so warranty expired. Funny to offer a product that is for children upto 3 years but breaks after one.

Still no refund or full order!
Since my last review I am still awaiting to receive my refund I was told would be received a week ago!
After ordering and paying for TWO of the same spare part items, I only received one item today. So while awaiting a refund on two items, which I should’ve received a week ago. I’m also waiting to receive the other half of an order I’ve paid for. I have contacted Infababy via email and Twitter on numerous occasions now and this is still unresolved! Refund my money owed and deliver my remaining order!!!
Unfortunately since your reply to this review, my issue still remains unresolved. Infababy are unable to confirm an exact date and have told me I will be refunded ‘soon’ because the accountant is awaiting confirmation of my refund!? Regarding my order of TWO rear stroller wheels and I only received one, wasn’t explained why this error was made in the first place and the poor service I had already received and cannot provide an exact date of shipment or delivery date for the second wheel despite the paid priority shipping an import fee.
Thank you for all the stress you have caused and time I’m still having to take to get this resolved when I have a newborn baby!!! It’s a disgrace

Poor shipping and customer service…
Paid for premium delivery and item still hasn’t arrived. Asked for a refund on my postage to be told it has been passed to an investigation team even though my tracking details prove it is late. Item was sent out a day late and has been with the courier for over 24 hours. Needed a set delivery day to receive item. Now no idea when I will get it.
