Call the York branch last week to check if they had a certain helmet in a small Chris the manager confirmed it for me. I also enquired about an Alpinstars suit I was a little uncertain on fit so Chris ordered in 2 sizes for me.

2 days later I visited the branch and James was so helpful with the fit of the leathers and his advice was excellent a very professional attitude and his knowledge is impeccable when making a decision on sizing. I also dealt with Dylan for my helmet purchase who’s knowledge on helmets and clothing is very in-depth and attention to detail is second to none.
I have often purchased from Infinity York and will continue to do so for many years to come.
I always recommend this branch to all my friends and colleagues.

I called the infinity store in Stevenage and spoke to Cameron he was knowledgeable, helpful and really friendly, I will definitely be visiting the store to get my next pair of boots.

I visited the York branch today. Looking for a helmet and jacket. I was helped by a pleasant young man, Dylan, who despite his age was very knowledgeable on the products in store. A big thank you to him, and I got a good deal on the helmet and jacket to boot.

I visited Infinity Motorcycles in London and had a great experience especially thanks to Ludmila. As soon as I entered, she greeted me with a warm smile and quickly understood I was overwhelmed by all the options. She asked about my budget and guided me with genuine, expert advice. Even though I acted like a complete beginner, her professionalism and product knowledge really stood out. I came all the way from Tunbridge Wells and left with exactly what I needed. Totally worth the trip! I’ll be back soon to get my girlfriend’s first gear and introduce her to Ludmila!

I’ve used Infinity on and off for 25 years, but have to give particular kudos to the Glasgow branch and its staff , for being unfailingly friendly and helpful throughout a rather extended saga of buying new gear. TL:DR; was their ordering in multiple Rukka jackets & trousers, to the point where we all finally realised that I am not Rukka-shaped, and then repeating the process until finally finding a combo that worked for me.

I purchased a new visor at the end of June and the centre locking catch developed a fault after two weeks.
I called Arun Rai who was very understanding, sent me a pre paid returns label and ordered me a new item upon receipt of the damaged unit.
Great customer service.
New visor arrived safe and sound.
Would really recommend Infinity and their attitude to problems that are not even their fault. Visors come in a sealed bag. 5 stars all day long.

Popped into infinity motorcycle southampton to get a lid sorted for myself. On my first visit Ben was super helpful helping me find a lid that fitted me and in a range of different budgets. I was not pressured to make a purchase that day. Went back a week later and this time dealt with Steve who was also fantastic mentioned Ben had helped me the week previous and I've made my decision on the lid I wanted. Steve also took his time in helping me with gloves which I also bought. He patiently helped me with some jackets which I will return again soon for. I felt very welcomed at infinity and was very well informed with a wealth of knowledge from the guys about gear. They will be my go to motorcycle store as I have trust in them. Thanks guys see you all again soon.

Great company to deal with. I bought boots and helmet online, both arrived very quickly shame they were tight so sent them back easy and quick. A couple of days later next size up arrived very fast and efficient.
From order to my house with a second delivery with the right size was 7 days.
I will definitely recommend to my friends and I'll be a customer again in the future.

I bought a helmet for £350 they sent me a broken and dirty one from a display avoid this shop!

Be aware that if you have a fault with anything that you have bought from Infinity Motorcycles that they wont help. Despite being within the manufacturers warranty period.

They will try to discourage such requests quoting long delays, negative outcomes and diminish any fault as 'wear and tear'

Used to be good probably 9 years ago, rubbish customer service, been there on 3 separate occasions to spend money. Not one sales rep asked if I wanted help. Will not be going there again and I will tell everyone I know too. North Camp much better

the only time i ever use this site is going mental over pathetic companies, This company is amazing i have to say you could not make a nicer more help if you made one yourself, just got off the phone will buy off this company everyday of the week from now on fantastic. just got a full refund but asked instead now helmet and the rest in a refund, id like to buy cant think of anything because so nice and respectful comapny ever....

I have to mention Steve and his colleague at Southampton. Called yesterday just before closing to check they had a specific jacket in stock and in my size. They did. 60 mile ride to their shop today. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and paying with Klarma was a doddle. Excellent 5*'s for Infinity.

I ve purchased a Cardo Edge from the Hanger Lane branch.Many thanks to Rico and Eli who were very kind and asked if I need help in fitting it to the helmet so they did it for me nicely on the spot, taking away the stress, energy and time I would have had to spend doing it myself. Spot on as always ! All the branches I ve been to such as Hanger Lane, Holborn, Farnborough or Camberley, the staff were very friendly and helpful, with plenty of knowledge! Thank you again

Purchased a Cardo packtalk Pro. Stumbled at first due to payment issues that were very quickly resolved with the customer support person, UK based, which gave me confidence to proceed. They identified that there was an admin issue, in real time, issued a full refund. Placed the order again and received the the unit next day. Very happy with the whole experience, despite the initial glitch. Their staff were extremely helpful and diligent around this minor issue, and I will definitely be a returning customer.
