Got lured to browse their stock by great prices, everything I found was out of stock, but different colours available… for much more £££, can they not see how poor this is, after wasting 1/2hr looking at not in stock items, will not return

Since the change of the company website, it seems that the customer service changed as well.
Previously we could see all purchases and returns on our accounts, now you cannot find it, you rarely get notifications about the refunds once the return has been delivered to them.
Its a significant difference to the company I joined as a client a few months ago.
Maybe they should review the work of their IT department?
I have been told that my history of purchases has been wiped out, and unlikely to recover??? What

Great experience buying online - I made a mistake with an incorrect purchase and they were extremely easy to work with and very helpful in resolving this.

This is one of the best if not the best motorcycle shop on the internet.
I’ve used them several times and the service is spot on, unbelievably quick delivery…
I ordered the wrong part so had to return and order the right bit, everything was sorted by the following day, really impressed with their service.

Ordered Oxford Dakar 1.0 gloves in 2 sizes as I wasn't sure about the fit. They arrived quickly and the pair I didn't need were returned and refunded without any problems

Twice in one week I was assured I'd get delivery, once late by two days an the other still up in the air, very poor, wasted my time; a full day on delivery only to watch the van drive past me, avoid, refunding now

Brilliant service definitely recommend

I recently visited the Hanger Lane store with my dad to buy a jacket. We had gone on a whim after visiting the Ace Cafe and had arrived quite close to closing time. I felt a little bad as I was spending quite a bit of time trying things on and making a decision, but Cage was great. He didn't make us feel rushed at all. He was very kind and got us a deal on the jacket, which I was quite thankful for since I was unsure about spending so much. Overall, a good experience; I wouldn't recommend going so close to closing time. However, if you do, know that you won't be made to feel like you need to leave! x

Infinity Motorcycles Christchurch in Dorset, a simply wonderful experience. Wanting to get back into motorcycling after a 20 year gap I really wasn’t up to speed with modern kit, especially helmets. After reading many reviews I chose Infinity as my go to store for hopefully good sound advice, and boy I wasn’t disappointed. From the initial friendly greet I was left alone to browse with the offer of help if needed. I needed it, and got it in droves, the staff were VERY knowledgable and answered all my questions. Expert advice without a push to spend silly money. The staff listened to me and absorbed my wants and needs and my little knowledge, the very last question by them was “now what is your budget”? Then I was guided through numerous products, some way below and some slightly above my budget, an honest range. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase, they even gave me time alone to try on numerous models. I have made a purchase at Infinity and look forward to making many more in the future. I highly recommend Infinity.

Just moving to the Highcliffe area visited the local store in Christchurch . Being a former motorcycle dealer/owner i know how important customer service is . I knew what i wanted and Sam attended to my needs . Very clued up on every question i asked even told me things that i was not even aware of . Ended up buying more than a helmet . Now if i had someone like Sam running my department in my dealership i would feel very safe . A credit to your store . Don't suppose he will get to read this but i do hope you let him know .

Ordered a moto girl jacket on the 15th April, still nothing arrived by 23rd. When I called the company they didn’t know where the parcel was. Said there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t bother to call DPD as said they wouldn’t know where it is either. Very very disappointed as jacket was on a good sale and I’ve been looking for a while for a woman’s jacket that would fit well. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for the money to be returned to me. My advice, don’t even bother.

Stopped using them when they delete or fail
To add loyalty points. Went back to but a disc lock for a trip. Item failed to arrive. They confirm from GPS of the delivery photo it went to the wrong address. Tell me I have to wait 6 days for an investigation they decide what I want. Won’t refund now unlikely to arrive before I go. Also again failed to add my points. Poor service I would avoid !!
1 week since I contacted them. Still no update. Still no item. Still no refund. Avoid this shop is my only advice

Best experience I ever got =)
I bought motorcycles pants from Infinity shop at Stevenage and it was amazing experience. Infinity Team member (Gentleman with long hair and beard) answered all my questions very professionally and clearly for me to got it. I had quite a big number of these. His kind advice and help made a huge difference to me as new pillion I was not sure what I need. I am wearing pants for 2 rides now and incredibly happy with these.
The atmosphere in Stevenage shop is great, they do a coffee and pastries - that's awesome!
And everyone is very lovely =)
Thank you very-very much.

We went to Holborn Infinity store today to return 2 pair of trousers Richa Laura, as these were too thin for me. According to law there is 14 days when customer can return an item bought online.
I have specifically folded items nicely and tried my best to make sure these look exactly as arrived.
When we have handed items to staff member (Mr with beard) and explained the reason “being too thin”, we were asked a number of questions. He said, “did you wear them”, so I said I did tried them on. Then staff member said, “did you really, it does not look like you did.” I said, yes I did tried them on, and repeated that I am returning these because trousers are too thin. He told us then “these looks unpacked, you did not”. I explained again that I have specifically folded these nicely and tried my best.
He took the items and started processing refund.
Secondly, my husband felt a bit bad so we asked is it okay to use the toilet. Staff member looked at me as I would be asking him something very-very disgusting and bad and said “We do not have any”. There was a toilet sign just behind his back, literally few feet away. We asked, “is it not just behind you is it busy”. He looked at us and told “it is not for you it is for staff”.
Oh dear…. His voice tone was so intimidating I felt like I am second calibre person. Do really toilets differ?
Thirdly, after he has started entering the data, he looked at me and said, “are you Russian or Ukrainian”. Oh… The way he said it and specially the way he looked at me it was so awful… I never been so intimidated in my whole live, his face simply showed it all.
I told him “I am British”.
And I am truly British. I did marry a Latvian guy, but it is none of his business. My husband does not have anything in common with Russian or Ukrainian, and even if he did it would be none of his business.
The way he looked at us and his voice tone … Oh dear… he was nearly giggling.
It is not just the worse customer service ever, it is awful! His questions about my husbands nationality thrown over were intimidating!

Dear Infinite Motorcycles Team,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience with your company.
On Thursday, I purchased a helmet from your website under the promise that any accessory ordered before 2pm would be delivered the next day. Unfortunately, this commitment has not been honoured. As of today, I have not received the item, nor have I been refunded.
I have sent several emails seeking clarification, but none of them have received a response. Additionally, when I called your customer service line, the person who answered was extremely rude and dismissive, not allowing me to properly explain my issue.
I am deeply dissatisfied with both the delay in delivery and the lack of professionalism in your customer support. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the status of my order and a clear explanation of what went wrong. If the item cannot be delivered immediately, I expect a full refund without further delay.
I hope this matter can be resolved swiftly and appropriately.
Kind regards,
Jackson

Came in for a quad lock and popped my helmet on the side and the lady behind the counter cleaned my helmet to a tee! Took my visor off got cotton buds and cleaned it up to new! Absolutely awesome people! The guy behind the counter also assisted and came out and let me try it on before to make sure it fit! Great service overall. Amazing people! 24/03/25.

I ordered a pair of TCX boots via the website. They were dispatched quickly, however I was not at home when DPD attended at my home address. DPD had conflicting messages on their tracking page, for the next couple of days. They made no further attempts to deliver the boots, before they returned the boots to infinity. The latest message two weeks later still shows (boots being returned to infinity). Totally not infinity's fault.
In the interim I had contacted infinity to see if they had received the boots. Customer Service replied, (unfortunately no named person on the e mail) and they advised me that they had been in touch with DPD, who appear have lost the boots in transit.
Despite that, infinity sent out another pair, delivered on a Saturday and within 24 hours of me having contacted them.
Whilst waiting on my boots I made enquiries with infinity in relation to helmets. Due to issues I have recently had with another motorcycle clothing outlet (not infinity), I had e mailed infinity to have a few things checked, before I placed my order. My e mails were replied to by Mike S (I won't put his full name), who was nothing short of fantastic. There were a few e mails back and forth, but nothing was too much trouble, so I ordered my new helmet and pinlock insert. Thankfully no issues with DPD delivering these items.
Infinity cannot be held responsible for the failings of DPD, (Separate review left re DPD) but what I can say is Infinity Motorcycles service, was 2nd to none.
A big thank you to Mike S and whoever I dealt with in the customer service team, for their very quick responses etc.
Great service and highly recommend.
