Read the reviews before ordering! Or prepare to wait weeks..

I should have read the reviews before ordering! Still haven’t received them, ordered 9 days ago, with delivery stating “3-5” days.. tried to call the company today but you can’t speak to anyone, the automated answerphone tells you to contact via email.. I sent an email asking for an explanation why they are taking so long, and guess what… no reply!! I’ve checked the reviews and everyone is saying they take weeks to arrive, some up to 8 weeks!! I’m starting to wonder how many weeks mine will take!! I’ve got a new van and no seat covers!!! Long wait, no customer service…. If I had read the reviews first I wouldn’t have ordered!!! Wondering if a refund would be quicker, that would probably take weeks too!!

As you may already be aware we have had many delays in our production which has resulted in some extremely late deliveries of customer orders.

As the majority of our goods are hand made in the UK the main issue has been centred around production staff shortages.

The above together with unprecedented demand for our products has caused a bottle neck situation in our UK production line.

For this we sincerely apologise and we hope we can restore your faith in us as a genuine company with growing pains.

Please be rest assured we are working as hard as we can to get your order out for delivery as quickly as possible so please bear with us.

If you cannot wait any longer for your order please let us know & we will process a full refund for you and pass on your cancelled order in the pipeline down to the next customer in the queue.

Avoid — extremely poor service and zero communication

Unfortunately, ordering from this company has been a complete disappointment. The seat covers were supposed to arrive within 7 days. I assumed they were in stock, especially as I ordered a standard model for a standard car.

After more than a month of waiting, with no delivery and no communication whatsoever, I contacted the company to find out what was going on. I was told the covers were “in production” and that logos were being stitched onto them.
This made no sense — I never ordered any logos, just simple standard covers.

I was assured they would be shipped that same week. Three weeks later, still nothing. I reached out again and asked for a refund if they couldn’t fulfil the order. Without any explanation or update, I received a brief message saying my order had been cancelled and refunded.

The refund is the only positive point — although the money hasn’t reached my account yet.
Time wasted and still no seat covers — something no refund can compensate.

Overall, the customer service is extremely poor, communication is almost non-existent, and waiting 8 weeks for a basic, non-custom order in today’s world is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Horrific company,

Horrific company,
Avoid at all cost.
Lies after lies,
Why are they taking orders for goods they can't supply.
Promise after Promise but no seat covers , I've got a new van with dirty seats due to covers not arriving.
Finally ordered from another company 😡.

Great seat covers

Ordered these seat covers in the Bentley stitch in grey diamond pattern and must say I’m exceptionally pleased with them especially the quality the finish of the stitch and the fitting which is on the tight side but obviously designed that way to make them fit perfectly
There is a short wait for these as they’re not off the shelf and made specifically for each customer
Seat covers transform the look of my new transit custom and I would highly recommend them to anyone willing to wait a little while for quality and comfort

Complete scam

Complete scam. I wish I had looked here first. Ordered 8 weeks ago. After a couple days DHL claim they have your order then it goes to delayed. Every time you chase the company they tell you your item is just finishing embroidery. I chased time and time again and was told they will be shipped this week. Finally after much arguing they have issued a refund. Do not waste your time here.

I found the website very easy to use for the order, I did email asking for updates and always got a reply straight away, the quality of the covers is top class and a good fit, if your thinking of getting some, don’t think just order you won’t be disappointed !!

Good covers if you’re prepared to wait

The covers are good quality but did take ages to come, I did initially review to say this was a scam but as I’m now in receipt of the seat covers I am happy to say it isn’t. However, do not believe the 5-7 days stated on the website, more like 4-6 weeks.
I’m happy now I’ve received them, but the companies communications need to be better and lead times quoted need to be reviewed for sure.

Waiting over 2 weeks dhl said on 3 occassions its getting delivered then said its not arrived from inka meanshile my vans gettimg ruined and im £125 inka no help and cant call them!! Wish i had of read reviews on trustpilot. AVOID!!!

Be patient

The seat covers for my vw van arrived 3 weeks after I ordered them. Not an eternity but a bit longer than I was expecting and it wasn’t until I had ordered them that I read the online reviews of people who had waited a lot longer than me or even had given up and asked for their money back. Thankfully,they are very good quality and fit perfectly and I would recommend them as a product but be aware you may have a wait on your hands.

After being pleased with my first set I ordered a second for my new van, 8 weeks later, numerous requests for updates, every time being told they were nearly ready and would be shipped that week, I’ve finally had to contact my credit card company and report them as they just ignored my refund requests. Very unprofessional, I’d avoid!!

I’ve ordered from inka about 8 times

I’ve ordered from inka about 8 times, the seat covers are great but there delivery times can be terrible. I’ve waited months for some orders even when there in stock with me having to email multiple times to find out what’s happening. If you don’t mind waiting and are in no rush then i would consider. It’s the last time for me as i find them to unreliable

Read reviews after ordering

Read some reviews after ordering seat covers for my transit custom after 2-3 weeks contacted Mike was assured in stitching process. Then given date for two weeks later and I am happy to say they are top notch quality. Be patient they are worth the wait.👍👍
