Excellent quality. 8 weeks delivery

I read the reviews and was ready for a wait. It took approximately 8 weeks from ordering for me to receive the seat covers.
All I can say is that they are excellent quality and well worth the wait.
The seat covers of very well made and very tight fitting. Do not attempt to fit yourself if you have not got strong fingers and thumbs

Great product

Very pleased with the seat covers and floor mat for my VW Transporter. Quality and fit is excellent although because the fit is so good it is quite hard work to fit them. Would have been 5 star review but for the longer than expected waiy for delivery. Worth it in the end!

Must admit that although it did take a few weeks for my order to arrive in the end after expecting it to be arriving after about 5 days as advertised I am very impressed.

The seat covers for my VW Transporter look mint.

Fit really well and definitely worth the wait.

I would definitely advise the company to explain to customers that the covers are custom made and take a few weeks to be produced. Definitely worth the wait and the covers are great 👍

Hopefully not been scammed

I would like to say the product is fantastic, but until they actually deliver my order then I will stick with the 1 star review. Ordered 3 weeks ago, at the time of ordering say 1-3 business days for delivery and in stock. No communication from them and cannot phone to chase. The website still says in stock and ready for delivery. Why lie about things when clearly they have a good product for those who eventually get there order.

Transit custom van mats

The reason for four star review is because of the long wait time which wouldn’t of be a problem if I was informed on the wait time, but that aside the product itself is quality and worth the wait, the transit custom floor mates I ordered fit perfectly and look very stylish. Also communication was very good with emails being replied to very quickly. So all in all I would use this company again thank you

Avoid purchasing off these liars

Nothing worse than being lied to about delivery times other than when the item turns up it’s absolute junk.
At the moment I’m still waiting for it to turn up.
I will never purchase anything off these liars again

This company as taken my money and…

This company as taken my money and didn’t send me my delivery.
I’m begging you people who reads this message DO NOT BUY from this company.

There no telephone number as it directly sends you a email.

I have sent 7/ 8 emails and still haven’t heard back regarding a delivery from June 25th.

If you do part with your money I m telling you now that you won’t receive anything…

Like most customers I had to wait

Like most customers I had to wait for my order to be fulfilled, and like others I wasn't aware of that a the time of ordering. It seems they are made to order and when you know that you can understand the lead time.

I've given 4 stars because of the wait, but the seat covers themselves are 5 star. They fit perfectly, sewn beautifully and the extra touches of stiffened piping to push into the seat creases make all the difference. I ordered the cab seats for the Transit and they really do fit perfectly.

I would order again and now I know there is a lead time and why I wouldn't be worried about the wait.

Terrible service

Terrible service, I placed my order 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received, you can only contact via email and it takes 2 weeks to get a reply in which they’ve replied saying the covers are still in embroidery and be with me next week.. it’s been 4 weeks and still nothing I wouldn’t use again

Expect a lengthy wait…

On my second attempt to order seat covers for my belingo van, the 1st time being refunded due to 'no stock' after 3weeks without contact, On ordering again, stock showing on the website I eventually got them 3 weeks later than expected. Mike from customer service did answer the emails promptly but it would save people a lot of hassle if the company would advise of the 3wks delivery time instead of 3days on their site.
The covers themselves look well made although difficult to put on,( I can't see me taking them off to wash them very often ) it was a bit of a fight and with no instructions.
Also the middle seat cover doesn't account for the tray/table being used, I'll have to figure something out there, it's a good job I can sew, perhaps velcro sides would work??
Overall not a great experience, such a shame as these could great if the company did what it said.

Very Disappointed – Poor Fit, Worse Customer Service

I ordered seat covers in March unfortunately they did not fit properly, despite being advertised as suitable for my vehicle and providing measurements and photos.
I returned part of the order on 21 May and have been chasing the replacement ever since.

Communication has been extremely poor. After numerous emails, I finally received a vague response on 13 June promising dispatch on 17 June which never happened. I’ve followed up multiple times (including 27 and 28 June) and have been completely ignored.

It’s now been over a month since they acknowledged the issue, and I still have no resolution. The lack of professionalism and customer care is very disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience, products are questionable and after-sales service is virtually non-existent.
I finally received the replacement covers today 30.06, 3 months after purchase. The cover do not fit.

Seat and mats

Ordered in may took about 4 weeks to arrive however emails I sent for updates on delivery were always replied to immediately by Mike .there had been a bit of a delay in production but was well kept informed.not used inka before but wouldn't hesitate to recommend or re use myself lm not easily impressed but was blown away with the quality and craftsmanship, amazing !

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Ordered floor matt for my Ford transit custom. 5 weeks later received wrong item, didn't fit my van. Description was to fit transit custom 2024+
Contacted them, waist of space. Offered £10 refund, what a joke.

Shocking service

Shocking service. I waited over 6 weeks for the seat covers to arrive. Despite emailing them, I never even had an apology. When they did arrive, the floor mat was missing. I'm still waiting for this several weeks later. When I complained, the response was that they had a manufacturing issue that was 'quite inconvenient for us too'. Terrible company do not buy anything from them!!!!

This is the second set of VW covers I have purchased from INKA.
My previous ones were for my California. Both sets are really well thought out and every little detail has been considered.
