Love the service and quality of the products. Have recommended them to my co-workers.

Product is good. Shipping is slow however. It took 2 weeks from order to delivery. If you are running low, don't wait until you are empty, you will be down for two weeks.

Have had good experience with these cartridges. Too bad you have to use U S funds,it makes the cost considerably more to convert to Canadian funds.

I've had no trouble with most of the products they send me. I do like their quick handling of my orders.
I have, however, received several "protected" cartridges that I can't get to work in my computer and can't find (on the Internet anywhere) how to unprotect them. They should check all used cartridges they receive and fix cartridges like these before sending them to customers.

Website was clear and easy to use. Went to another supplier at first, but couldn't get the order placed on their website. A hint to the wise is sufficient.

I put one of the new cartridges in my printer, and it tells me I need to replace due to low ink. Shouldn't due this if the cartridge is full and ready to use.

I purchased color inkjet 23 twice and it would not print the correct colors. I was told it was my printer. I then purchased OEM HP ink and all was well.
I use the black 15 and it works well and I will continue using it. I have an old printer DeskJet 812C.

Printer ink at a reasonable price.

Ordered 3 black jet ink cartridges for my Lexmark printer, received them faster than expected.
At first I thought the cartridge was to big for my printer, but then I realized I had to remove the complete black plastic protective cover piece. (my mistake)
After one quick alignment test everything worked perfectly.
Would purchase from them again, they offer a very good price for online buying with free shipping

Purchase experience was excellent; purchase process was easy navigation. Product was excellent and delivery was quick.

UPS must have left my package at a neighbor's although no one has brought me the package. The tracking for the order says it was left at my door but it wasn't, so it must have been left at someone else's front door. Can't review the product if I haven't gotten it.

I ordered the inkjet refill cartridges, it was a week before they sent out the order, and then only after I called to inquire about when I would receive it. When it arrived, order #1610, it did not contain the syringe as advertised in the accompanying manual.
I called and was told that I would have to order the syringe and pay for it separately. I protested that it was a part of the order. I was then told to send a copy of the page in the manual which showed the contents. This I did. I have yet to hear back from the company or to receive my syringe.
