I was disappointed That I wasted the money on a 'new' upgraded resetter which only has a blue color. Does not work with T069 cartridges as stated.

Furthermore, this blue piece of junk will not work on 7 pin cartridges either.

See tile - The did what they said they would do. Can't get better than that. The ink jet refill kit is very good and the enclosed CD shows where the fill port is on all the inkjet machines. A fine kit....

I ordered close to the long Thanksgiving weekend. Order did not arrive as soon as I thought it should.... Communicating with them be phone and email was useless. No one seemed to understand my question...
When will my order get here? Sort of what order???

No matter, it arrived in fine shape, fine kit and well written instructions. Learned all ink is the same so with the instructive CD and a very generous supply of ink I can fill our other printer also.

AT LAST the answer to low priced printers using high priced cartridges.... Some have called them throw away printers....

The wrong catridges were sent. 2 days ago I called customer service and have not received a response on how this will be resolved.

The cartridges arrived long after the request for a review, I was getting concerned. However, they did arrive and I have finally had the opportunity to replace one of the spent cartridges in my printer, no problem, everything works well.
I have had problems with other suppliers' replacement cartridges being accepted by my printer, particularly Epsom printers.
I order the ten pack, trust I will have the same positive experience with all cartridges.

I have not received my merchandise, I tried to correct my zip code right after I ordered and could not reach a person. I sent 3 emails and have not received a response. I will have to dispute this charge on my credit card.

I have not used yet, however, they were packaged lose in an envelope rather than in a box as usual. Envelope stuffed in mailbox in below freezing weather. Have always had good experiences in the past.

These cartridges work very well. My used HP won't allow the black to
print, but it's the machine, not the cartridge. Good price, good product!

Ordering, in response to an email sent to former customers, was easy and efficient and delivery was speedy.
The boxed laser printer toner (inside only a tyvek mailing envelope) was a little crushed-in. I think the product is probably OK, but I haven't installed it yet in my laser printer to make sure, as I'm not out of toner in my present cartridge. Also, for what its worth, I didn't see the advertized Halloween candy in the package.
I like inkjetcartridges.com, from previous orders of ink for my inkjet printer and will order from them again.

None of them got recognize by the printer. The printer keep asking me to check the cartridges.

I replace my printers but keep my supplier. It's great to have a source that is handy, easy to use, and stands behind their products. I have never had a problem, and have been a customer for years.

Pretty happy with this company. Products arrived fairly quickly, and found not only my Epson cartridges at great prices, but rare stamp machine inks and cartridges I needed.

So far my experience with inkjetcartridges has been just fine. I can just about buy a new printer for the cost of one set of cartridges for my Epson printer. The Inkjetcarttideges work just fine and are much more economical.
