quick, easy fast

Just received my cartridge via ups. Powder had leaked out of protective bag and covered the cartridge. Sent picture waiting to hear if they will send replacement.

Ordered the ink cartidges that I keep running out of at what seemed to be a good price. Delivery was completed faster than I thought it would be.

It came in due time. I needed to a set of colored cartridges, re-manufactured. I installed it with no problems on my home use Kodak printer. It fits well.

I must admit that I thought it won’t I guess it was just a little tight so it needed a little more push. My printer didn’t recognize it as genuine ink but it still works for me. It started printing and the colors are looking great on paper.

My warning light letting me know my #100 Gray HP ink cartridge was almost dry came on on February 18. Upon checking around I determined HP wasn't manufacturing any more in Canada. I had never bought ANYTHING off the Internet before, so I didn't have a clue where to star so after several attempts, I tried your number. You are 3 hours behind us (California vs Eastern Canada) and were just opening. Your desk-person assured me you had my ink cartridges in stock, it takes a week to 10 days to get them to me, and I could track them as they made their way across the country.On February 20 I received a statement advising me that my order had been filled and was on its way to 70 CRIPPLER Road. I quickly called back a explained they took down my address wrong, it was CLIPPER Rd. in North York, Canada!! This rather confused your order taker, and I couldn't get it across to him that 'CRIPPLER' Road didn't exist . . . . I would not likely get my cartridges if they were shipped to 'CRIPPLER Rd. Then I got another statemen telling me my package was on the way to "CRIPPLER Rd. it had been shipped from your facility on February 21..For 6 days my ink cartridges sat at the original starting point, then I wrote another memo asking what was going on, Within the 24 hours promised I received a memo from May Carrol apologizing for the problems I had encountered, and explaining that the tracking system you are on does not track items being shipped to Canada! I SHOULD get my ink cartridges on or before March 13.

Although I wasn't too impressed with the problems I encountered, I will give you credit for keeping in touch with up to date information. My worst peeve was right at the start when your order desk spelled my address wrong, even though I clearly spelled it out, then read it back to him, HE STILL DIDN'T GET IT RIGHT!! What happens if the Canada Post delivery system won't even attempt to deliver an incorrectly addressed package? I might NEVER see these ink cartridges!

We have purchasing cartridges for many years and been very satisfied with our purchases. They are very reasonable, promp delivery and easy to order.

I needed new ink cartridges and when I went to the store to get them I was in sticker shock as to how expensive they were. A friend suggested I try this company and I just ordered one set of the cartridges to see how I liked them. I also ordered the remanufactured ones for so much less. The print quality is great and they arrived quickly! I was impressed and will definitely buy these again!

I have used inkjet before. I don't mind having my printer software telling me about remade cartridges. Bottom line is these folks deliver a good product on time and it works. I use HP printers (deskjets) and they cover that need.

I will continue to use their service.

At first, I was hesitant to order from them because of some bad reviews that I saw. However, there are some good ones too and on there site says "100% guarantee" so I thought to give it a try. I ordered inkjet cartridges for my canon bjc-8200. The package is fine. The shipment I had no problems with. The print came out nicely. I'd avail from them again.

I have bought from inkjetcartridges123 for several years now. From time to time I have purchased from online competitors, and once from a local store that did refills. I have always returned to inkjetcartridges123. The delivery is fast, the cartridges seem to last as long as the manufacturers, and the quality is good for what I choose to print. I must add a disclaimer: I do not do a lot of digital photo printing, and when I do I am not looking for high quality archival printing. If I did, perhaps I'd want different inks!

Up to one-third of the cartridges I buy (not OEM) don't work. I continue to buy refilled cartridges because they are still cheaper than OEM cartridges, even with the failures. But I resent the extra reloading and paper waste on test pages pages. (HP 96 and 97).

I received a used cartridge chip resetter that did not work.
I called to get a return authorization. The guy said that he would
Send it in a email.Still have not gotten the email yet. Bad business.

The cartridges are a great value, the delivery is timely, and the services are top rate.

I ordered before Black Friday and it wasn't shipped until last week. We have still to receive our order. This is unacceptably slow service.

I ordered 2 ink cartridges on 12/3. Got an e-mail they were shipped on 12/8. Today is 12/17; still have not received the order!

If you value color accuracy, skip the remanufactured Epson 79 cartridges.

Replacement cartridge works great--at a fraction of the cost for OEM product. Shipping took several days, but I wasn't in urgent need. Consider paying for expedited shipping if you are.

I was worried because the cartridges were not name brand and cost less.
They were great.
