Our company placed an order 29.01.26 for a fuser kit which unfortunately wasn't compatible for our printer. Obviously the package was opened but we were subsequently told that we couldn't return or obtain a refund. A very disappointing experience as the product was expensive. Very unhelpful.

Your comments unfortunately are inaccurate so i will now explain the course of events -
On 5th February you contacted us and stated that you wanted to return the product as you said its incompatible with your machine.
We asked for images of the box and of the product (if taken out of the box) and also confirmation of the model number of your printer.
On the 11th February you provided images showing that you had defaced the box with writing on it in a number of places and also used duct tape to seal the box. You also confirmed that you ordered for an HP M776 printer, which confirmed to us that our website is not incorrect and that you had not bought an "incompatible" part for your machine, but you had simply bought the wrong part for your machine.
Even so, purchasing the wrong product was not the reason why we could not accept the return. We could not accept the return because the damage you had caused to the box meant that it could now only be treated as a 2nd hand product and could not be re-sold as a new product.
We have been in business for over 21 years and we have a very high TrustPilot rating (from at this point 5596 reviews) and many thousands of repeat customers for one reason and one reason only: Because we care for our customers in respect of value for money, product quality and speed of delivery.

I placed an order for a Canon print head via inkntoneruk The money was taken from my account immediately, so the order clearly went through. However, I never received a confirmation email or any details regarding the shipment.
After several days of silence, the only communication I have received is an automated email asking me to leave a Trustpilot review. It is incredibly frustrating to be asked to review a service when I haven't even received a confirmation that my order exists.
The service so far has been poor and the communication non-existent. I have messaged them via WhatsApp and am currently waiting for a response. Proceed with caution.
UPDATE:
The item has now finally arrived, but my experience went from bad to completely unacceptable. The company only reacted after I posted this review, and in their public response, they committed a significant GDPR breach by publishing my personal email address and live tracking data for everyone to see.
Despite me contacting them directly to highlight this illegal data exposure and demanding its removal, they ignored me. Trustpilot had to intervene themselves to take my personal details down. I have still had absolutely no direct communication from the company.
Bottom Line: I absolutely would not recommend this company. If you do use them, proceed with extreme caution—if you have an issue and complain, they may share your private details on the internet, opening you up to potential data exploitation and scams.
