Unreliable on delivery
Ordered on 06/03/26 paid extra for delivery, I was suppose to be receiving by Monday 09/03/26 but nothing received yet. delivery was free if delivered 2-3 working days. Seems very unreliable.

I also understand that we have arranged for the yellow cartridge to be collected and the missing cyan cartridge has been delivered.

Internet states 99+ in stock but actually out of stock!
States on their website they had 99+ of the ink I wanted, so I ordered. Got an email stating they were out of stock. Requested to cancel order and to be given a refund. The following day stated they had now sent. I had asked for a refund, you should have honoured this. I had bought successfully elsewhere and even cheaper! Won’t be buying from them again.

Faulty ink toner
Faulty ink toner, tried for ages to get refund or replacement, sent photos, printer status etc. Eventually decided it wasn't worth the hassle when they also demanded a printed report.

We use some older printers and InkNToner are able to offer replacement cartridges we struggle to find elsewhere.
