Shipping the speed of a glacier
Paid for speedy shipping (1-2 days it claims), 6 days later I do not have the item. Cannot attest to the quality of the item on account of not having it. I needed that cable several days ago, hence paying almost an extra 50% to receive it on time.
Edit; this claims I’m in the US I am in the UK, I just had a VPN on.

This product is only available through 1 main dealer in the UK. When you called to enquire we confirmed that stock would be available on the next day and as such your parcel would be dispatched next day. Unfortunately this was unacceptable to you and you became very rude and swore at our colleague and demanded that the order was cancelled and refunded, which was actioned immediately.

From a review of the notes in the order i can see that we needed to establish if the product was at fault so we asked you to re-inset the old drum unit to see if the black line down the middle of the page goes which it did. Quick response to ordering
After problems of cartridges not being accepted by our printer, we returned it for a refund and ordered a new one. This one fitted without any problems. Speedy delivery reduced the printer downtime.
