Honest brokers
It might seem unusual to give five stars when I have had a bit of a mess up over an order, but it is just great to have a business which behaves in a honest and honourable manner. I ordered the cheaper, non-Canon cartridges for my printer at a considerable saving, only to find that the photo quality they produced was abysmal. I reported this to Ink Toner, who refunded me the full outlay very quickly and I was then able to order from them the more expensive cartridges, which give the professional quality of print sought. They also gave advice regarding barriers inserted by printer companies to prevent the less expensive ink being used. Nice to be able to do business with a company which isn't trying to rip off their customers. Shame about the less expensive ink, though. Thanks, Ink Toner

After extensive searching...
After extensive searching, I came across this company who were able to help me with a replacement waste ink collection tank for a Ricoh machine. Aleena was incredibly helpful and since receiving the tank and replacing (thankfully finding it to be correct!), I have since ordered another as back up! Definitely recommend. Have marked down slightly as although Aleena was very pleasant and helpful, I believe there may be a little training required on answering calls. Something along the line of "Good Morning, InkNToner Aleena speaking, how may I help?" would have given this 5 stars rather than just "Hello?"
