Mixed Experience
Up to now I have only used INkredible once based on excellent reviews. However, I had one black cartridge that despite trying would not install in my Epson printer. Luckily I had a spare bought elsewhere. After some small difficulty (via email) I was refunded and actually ordered 2 more black cartridges which I have not yet used, so fingers crossed. However, today I replaced a colour cartridge and needed many attempts to get past messages that it was not correctly installed. It is the first INKredible colour cartridge i have used. I have had this printer some time and have never encountered these issues with other suppliers cartridges. Yes, it worked eventually after removing and reinstalling a few times. So this is a bit of a mixed opinion - was I just unlucky with 2 of the items from first order? I do need to place a new order will do so with INKredible, partly because I feel I was just unlucky and partly because their (boxed) packaging is convenient - and they do seem to handle complaints fairly and promptly.
Just a late correction - I placed new order elsewhere as INKredible do not offer multipack of the 4 "small" cartridges and the 4 individual ones are charged at full price, way more than the complete all inclusive pack.

Replacement cartridges delivered speedily
Replacement cartridges delivered speedily. I am convinced that using their ink is reason my printer has lasted much longer than some previous printers.
The one before lasted a long time too using INKREDIBLE's cratridges.
Only had to change that thanks to a Microsoft® update after which the so-called patch didn't work. Hooray for windows 11 (I don't think) and all Microsoft® bloatware.
Why can't we go back Windows NT or 97?

Speedy fix of a faulty replacement cartridge
When I ordered a replacement cartridge for my Samsung ProXpress M3320ND laser printer, the replacement cartridge produced a faded print on the RH side, similar to what happens when ink is running low. I reported the issue and, after sending photos of the problem, without hesitation, was sent another cartridge, which arrived the following day. This one prints perfectly. Super after-sales service, with prompt attention via their chat line.

The cartridges you purchased are not 'cloned' but 'Compatible' and we always send out the most up to date version of these cartridges, which should have worked in your printer. If we ever do encounter a recognition problem, it can usually be easily solved after contacting us.
We understand customers can be naturally upset when something they buy doesn't 'just work', but leaving bad reviews on Trustpilot and Google before letting us know you have a problem doesn't benefit us or get your problem solved quicker, it is always advisable to contact us ASAP, as this is the quickest and easiest way of providing a resolution.

We're really sorry to hear of the delay in receiving this order, it's certainly not the standard we wish to uphold.
We arranged to send your order direct from our supplier in order to get the products to you as quickly as possible. In this instance, the stock levels they reported to our system were in fact incorrect.
Unfortunately, they did not contact us to advise they were out of stock, instead, waiting until the item of stock was available. This is not the normal process we'd expect and have had discussions with the supplier that we should always be made aware of any stock discrepancies immediately.
Upon being made aware of the non delivery via this review, we've sourced stock from an alternative supplier and arranged to send out yesterday. Please accept my apologies for this unusual delay and if you have any further queries, simply email or live chat with our Customer Support Team.

I made an error and ordered two sets of full toners. Inkredible immediately understood my problem and promptly sorted out the overpayment and cancelled one set of toners. Very friendly, helpful and understanding staff. Thank you. Refund already sent. Toners have arrived, good price, quick delivery and their quality is excellent- even on my very old laser printer. Great service
Living within a few miles I was able to collect my order. Great helpful staff. My advice if you plan to collect for the first time, is not to use the postcode currently on their website (DL3 0QA which takes you to the wrong place) but use DL3 0QB or What3Words/surely.table.bunks

What a con. Advertise 16XL Cartridges and supply big standard cartridges which are a totally different size and ink capacity.
Customer services reply treat you like you were born yesterday and don't know the difference between cartridges.

We're an extremely friendly company if you ever need to get in touch (as many reviews here proudly give testament to) but we feel compelled to give some context to the statements in this review, in the balance of fairness.
Epson cartridges can be known by 2 model/part numbers (16XL Black is the same as T1631 for example). Both of these numbers are shown on the product details/information on the website, but only 1631 appears on the cartridge label.
Because of this, and the smaller cartridge casing used on 'Patent Free' compatibles, and the fact that this was a first time customer for these cartridges from us, we can fully understand and welcome the contact so that we can fully allay any concerns or questions. It's what we're here for.
Unfortunately, on this occasion, despite customer services and a manager providing in-depth information (including explaining that the compatible cartridges received actually contain more ink than a Genuine XL cartridge!) and installation videos, there was just no convincing the customer from their original beliefs.
For background, we've sold this particular cartridge range for 11 years without an issue that we've not been able to provide support and assistance to help. We can only help if the customer wants to be helped unfortunately.
The cartridges remain with the customer and can be used as intended, advertised, purchased and sold, if they so wish. We also offered to provide a refund if they so wish.
