Fantastic Service
What a fantastic service this company offer. I ordered the wrong cartridge for my printer 🤦 I contacted Callum, sent it back and was able to order the correct one. This one was damaged in the post. I contacted Callum again and he arranged for a replacement to be posted out straight away. I can not praise their customer service, products and prices enough. Thank you so much.

Fast delivery and great support
I had an issue with one of the cartridges I ordered, so I contacted support and they got back to me within a few minutes. They sent me out a replacement free of charge.
It actually turned out to be my own mistake and both cartridges work great.
Will definitely be ordering from these guys again in the future!

INKredible are the best ink supplier…
INKredible are the best ink supplier I’ve used online. My printer is a Cannon printer, and ink for this particular printer is expensive from Cannon, but I’ve tested it against INKredible inks and there’s hardly any difference at all. It’s so much cheaper and I absolutely recommend this company. Postage is fast, always, and they offer great deals and perks, plus I can send empty ink cartridges back to them. I’ll be using them for all my printer needs.

Great service and great inks
Been using these inks for since I bought the printer 7 years ago. Always had good service and the inks have performed well - At least as good as canon’s own brand and much more reasonably priced!

Excellent service as usual. I have been using inkredible for over 13 years and their products and service are always impeccable. Today I made an error and ordered the wrong cartridges, even though I confirmed at checkout that I had picked the right ones, doh! When I realised I went on to live chat and the problem was sorted in just a couple of minutes. Order amended and refund processed for the balance. Well done Callum and Inkredible!

Been buying from this company for about…
Been buying from this company for about 9yrs but the last couple of times i have bought cartridges for my Epson XP-8600 there is always problems with either compatibility or locating the cartridge in place.
In the last Multi pack 3 cartridges either where not compatible or didn't locate.
Have sent a message to them and heard nothing, not the kind of response I've had in the past.
Quality no where near it used to be, shame really.
Ok, had a response and an offer to replace cartridges which is positive. Can't give above 3 stars at present as there is an issue with these cartridges with this printer so hopefully they can resolve that and get back on 5 star service.

Our aim is to always achieve 5 star satisfaction, anything lower and it means we can do more. Hopefully you've been back to us since this review and have not had any further issues? Epson compatibles can occasionally suffer from from fitment issues, such is the legal difference in design between them and the Genuine Epson brand.
We are always here to put anything right though when it doesn't work as planned or intended.

Absolutely superb customer service from Callum and INKredible.
My scanner stopped working and a refund was given for unused cartridges even though I was slightly outside of the contract timescales. The prices are excellent and so too is the service. I will use them for everytjing in future.
