Brilliant product
The products are excellent and well priced. In these tough times, we do need to attract new customers and the ads are not intended to annoy current customers, of which we greatly appreciate their loyalty. The website is treacherous with no prices displayed. I got caught in the net, immediately realising my mistake after payment of £55.83 for something I did not want. I immediately sent a cancellation.
No response. There has been no acknowledgment 5 days later. The unwanted item was delivered today, but no information or opportunity to return. Although a Christmas card was enclosed!
Same to you Inkcredible. Be wary. Lesson learned.
I wish to amend this review. I was at fault. The clue is in the review. I attempted to contact the company via InkCredible. It is not credible but redible. A return and refund had been agreed. My apology.

All of the products on our website show a price. They have a price everywhere they're shown. We also show the price at the basket page, the checkout page and in your order confirmation email, as well as in your dispatch email. I just don't understand how no prices were seen at all during the whole shopping experience?
I did try to call you earlier, without success, and I'd be more than happy to speak to you if you're willing, as I'm very interested to understand how you didn't see any prices before committing to buy the product?
I've checked our CRM system and there is no live chat or email based on your name, email address or order number. We also respond to everyone within minutes, if not seconds of receiving a query during working hours, so again, I'd be interested to see where you sent the messages to. We can't acknowledge a request if it was not received unfortunately.
I will try to call again in the morning, otherwise please do send us an email with a more convenient telephone number to contact you. Our details are on our 'Contact Us' page.

These companies like to take money then decide items not in stock then offer another item to find the next day not in stock but they said they had dispatched it just to find out another day later they hadn't as they missed the post although not in stock but dispatched it mmmm???? So we try again let's see i payed for next day delivery yet 4 days later I find they hadn't dispatched item but after again back and fourth emails they are sending one so bought item pay next day delivery 4 days later no delivery now sending item but then the issue starts working week mon to Friday my by the sounds of it will hopefully delivery by Saturday but only delivery Monday to Friday but it looks like mo day next
I understand there's issues with a lot of companies in regards to delivery and stocked items but it's the lies just be honest I gave 1 star but really no stars from me still carnt get it right photo gloss paper NOT MATTE

We're sorry that we couldn't get you the Matt Photo Paper you originally ordered - Our supplier is discontinuing Matt Photo Paper and didn't think to let us know this particular variant had sold out.
I can see that Callum tried to work with you to find a suitable replacement and that despite agreeing on a Glossy pack to send, this had also gone out of stock during our busy Black Friday sale, especially with 50% off Photo Paper at this time.
Callum has then agreed to refund your order but still send you a suitable photo paper pack as a gesture of good will. I've also asked that an additional pack of Matt Paper is sent by way of apology. Unfortunately, Black Friday being as busy as it is can mean things don't always run as smoothly as the other 51 weeks of the year!
Apologies again, feel free to get in touch if you have any future Photo Paper queries and we can answer them in advance of purchase.

You pay extra money for next day delivery, you order in the morning - yet you're notified your parcel will be turning up late afternoon once everyone has gone home.
No good, no one will be at the office.
I think next day needs a little more explanation - next working day, not next working evening.
Won't use again.

I completely understand the frustration, as it happens to us with deliveries from our suppliers from time to time too, simply due to how busy the couriers are at this time of year (and often with agency staff who cannot complete their rounds in time!).
Most couriers do try to allow a decent timeframe for successful delivery to business addresses, but I fear circumstance has prevented this from occurring this time.
Unfortunately, there is no distinction between home and business customers that we can make to the likes of DPD and Royal Mail. They set their own delivery schedules with no input from us on what time to deliver a parcel, but as mentioned above, they do aim to attend businesses at a decent time where possible.
Although the 'Next Day' promise was technically fulfilled (the method of postage states 'Next Working Day' more to stipulate 'not on a Saturday or Sunday', rather than 'within working business hours', but I'll see what we can add to our delivery information page to make this clearer).
Couriers can deliver until 8pm, especially at this busier time of year and we do understand the disappointment, especially if this is your first time ordering or using the Next Working Day service with us.
We don't wish to lose you as a customer, especially down to a one-off delivery circumstance, largely out of our hands.
If you'd like to contact Customer Services on our website, they will find your order and provide a refund for any extra amount paid for delivery.
Apologies once again and we do hope you will give us another chance in the future.

I had an issue with a toner cartridge…
I had an issue with a toner cartridge that wasn't working properly - grey smudging across the pages. Contacted Inkredible and after discussing the issue confirmed it was the new cartridge not my printer and they agreed to send a replacement that day first class post. Got it the next day and worked perfectly, so can't fault the level of service.

Compatible cartridge win
I disabled firmware updates on my HP printer a long time ago but was worried the INKredible compatable cartridges wouldn't work so, last time I bought some, I bought the HP ones. They are SOOO expensive I said I would buy a new printer instead of more HP cartridges. Anyway, this time, I decided I had nothing to lose by trying the compatible ones again as INKredible have a guarantee that they will get them to work. I've just swapped the cyan one to see what would happen and the printer seems happy to accept it and hasn't had a hissy fit. I'm delighted as I've just saved £70 on a set of cartridges. Whoop whoop!

Great price really good delivery
Great price really good delivery. Like the new sticker which I can scan to reorder . Dump the free bag of sweets. In my view it cheapens your product and I can’t see anyone ordering to get a free bag of sweets that must cost you less than 10p a packet.

A really great customer service…
A really great customer service company. Their cartridges are good quality and cheap, but they are excellent at resolving problems. Having bought from them before with no issues, I had no hesitation in ordering again for my HP (x4 cartridges). Arrived really quickly, but there was a problem with one cartridge not being recognised by the printer. Contacted them on chat, really helpful lady gave me advice on resets etc, but none of it worked, printer still failed to recognise one cartridge. So she offered a replacement, received an email within a few minutes that it was despatched and delivery date. Hopefully this one will work, but the service was excellent!

Oh Dear Buyer Beware
Oh Dear Buyer Beware. Having waited for my ink cartridges they arrived (2) I put the first cartridge into place and thought that at is odd t he fitting that keeps the cartridge in place is floppy. Slipped it into the printer and indeed it does not remain in place - It is broken - Thought oh well we love being conned. I looked at the second cartridge (inside the package not unwrapped) the same. 2 BROKEN cartridges. Not only a poor show, I have ink everywhere - they do not pick up the phone do not answer the calls or messages online. Clearly a cheap Chinese import - Hey Ho another con job. SHAME but to be expected another 17 quid down the drain.

Just to clarify a few points from your review...
The cartridge fitting that you described as 'broken' is exactly as it is designed to be (we checked the cartridge you returned). These cartridges featured a pivoted clip which you have misconstrued as being broken, but they've been designed and sold in this way for the last 8 years at least.
Regarding any ink leakage, while extremely rare when handled correctly, this could have been caused by either not removing the PULL strip from the air outlet hole, or if it was removed, the hole remained blocked with adhesive or part of the label remained covering the hole. This air hole releases pressure inside the cartridge and without this being removed prior to installation, it can cause a rush of ink to the pierced nozzle. Pressure inside the cartridge could have also built up during transit, for this I can only apologise for any inconvenience.
Regarding our response time. We responded within 1 minute to your initial live chat and then within 7 minutes to your follow up email. We had also refunded your order within 30 minutes of your initial contact (no money is down the drain). We do not operate an inbound telephone line due to our small team being able to help many more people online at the same time, rather than just 1 person on the phone. We will of course call out, should we adjudge the situation to require it.
I'm very sorry that you believe it was a con job with wasted money. Hopefully you can now see from the above that it is not the case, although I appreciate your understandable frustration in the heat of the moment.
