Paid for an item and they accepted the payment, only to receive an email the next day saying that the order could not be progressed and needed to send the money via BACS, so now my money is sitting in their account gaining interest till I get it back. DONT TAKE PEOPLES MONEY IF YOU CANT PROCESS THE ORDER.
No status notifications or pro-active communication
I ordered a monitor and waited for it to ship to me. After 2 weeks, I called Insight to find out where it was. They said that Parcelforce could not deliver due to "insufficient address", despite me providing the full address. They did not notify me of this and had not even processed a refund at that point.
I had to re-order the product and exactly the same issue occurred. I had to call Insight 4 times to finally get my product delivered (seems the problem was that Insight was not passing the full address over to Parcelforce, something they should have discovered as soon as the first delivery had failed). Due to their lack of notifications and issue resolution, my product was 17 days delayed.

Unable to give a zero unfortunately. Disgusting service, sarcastic customer services who lie to you. As a business customer Ive had to wait 4 weeks for insight to complete a return on a faulty bit of critical kit. Ive now been told it will be another 4 weeks. Any other company would have a replcement there next day. Insight are absolutely appauling. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Paid by debit card which is a good as cash, bank verified payment. Then received email saying I had failed their credit check and to pay by bank transfer. Looks sounds and feels like a con, am waiting for my money to be credited back to my account.

I ordered a comercial samsung TV, after being told it would be coming the next day and the next I was then informed they had no stock and the order could take saveral months to complete. After canceling the order I have now been informed this morning that its OUT FOR DELIVERY. Clearly no internal comunication between anyone. I will not be doing buissness with them again as PC World was way more effifcent for what I wanted

My son ordered a new graphics card. He then got an email saying my card had "failed" it's security checks but wanted me to do a BACS transfer. I emailed but since no reply. I then looked at these reviews and I'm very relieved I didn't progress with the order. Why you any sensible person do a BACS transfer to a company they have never used before... Very dogey for a company to ask.

Ive spent £60k+ with Insight over the past 3 months, today they suggested I take my business elsewhere.
SH!T SANDWICH.
Ordered a graphics card & three days later, I have no notifications whatsoever. Got someone on their chat who told me the order was canceled for no reason. They took a "credit hold" & said it would take 3-5 days to "fall off" well we'll see. I should have read the reviews first.
Avoid!!
I placed an order for some projector equipment and paid extra for next day delivery. Two weeks later it hadn’t showed, and I had had no communications from the company, so I told them I was cancelling the order. Two weeks after that, I got an email telling me they’re about to ship me the product. My emails back to them Have gone unanswered, and they are now shipping the kit and charging me for something that I no longer need. Avoid these people like the plague.

I have not been able to actually place an order with insight. Somehow they are listed as a reseller for Trend Micro. We have tried calling, emailing, and several online chats. BUT NOTHING. One of the people in chat was nice the other two were very rude. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I will do work with Insight again.

Ordered network equipment that was refurbish
Ordered network equipment that was supposed to be a Cisco router and Cisco switch. I purposely didn't order the support because we get a break on those things with a distributor. Price was really good for the equipment until we were told by Cisco that this equipment was NOT NEW and was REFURBISHED. The equipment SKU for the serial numbers were -RF at the end and the products we ordered and were sold were still actively being sold but at higher prices.
Don't fall prey to the lower prices at least for Cisco equipment, it's not new and you'll never know it unless you do the homework that we did. We were sold refurbished products and when we called to return, they wanted to charge 20 percant restocking fees to take it back.
Now I only buy through Cisco partners that I trust. If the price is too good to be true or 10% less than everyone else, I am gambling that it's not new or it's been sold under not resale equipment. The negative reviews were right, I should have done research before spending over 4 thousand on used equipment.

It's helps to give us an importance research and the value of nature in work. To know better regarding of some other might, we never familiar with the surrounding of inside or Outside of our company or community, and also for those people who with deal you everyday the most important is how you will handle the psychological human behavior like Attitude, manners towards each other employer through employee, not just the higher Admission but also those lowest admission. Finding the solution to those problem of inside the company, will give us always a challenge.
Horrible experience
As with many others on here, they accepted my order for a product they didn't have. I would not have known they didn't have it unless I called them (after they had already pushed the charge through to my bank). When I called, I spoke to a very rude person named Peter Kuczynski who was very condescending and acted as though he was doing me a favor by cancelling the order for something they didn't have. I called back later to clarify how the refund would be processed and he hung up on me stating that he explained this earlier and I was being unreasonable by wanting clarification! Stay far away from this company, I am waiting to see now if I really get my money back.
11/21/20 Updated: After several days, I did receive my refund. I am still not going to adjust my rating though because the customer service was beyond horrible.
Insight take order for goods not in stock & will keep your funds for months !
Insight constantly take orders for items that are never in stock. They then ask you to pay via bank transfer then hold on to your funds for months ! You would then need to chase up half a dozen times before you get your funds back. This is clearly illegal and needs to be reported.
Wasting customer's time
I ordered a printer and I was waiting for a week and I did not get the printer or any shipping notice. After I called to find out on status of the shipping I was informed that they don't have the printers and would not have it.
No Returns Policy
Be aware their T&Cs exclude any returns other than those where they are at fault. If you are purchasing online, with no opprtunity to review products, suggest finding an alternative supplier with a returns policy more inline with 2020.
What a terrible experience
What a terrible experience. Order never shipped and was almost impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Eventually I got through to someone on their online chat and they claim they have to send an order cancellation/refund request to another department. Planning on just doing a charge back on my CC.
Avoid.

Absolute joke!! I have placed the order with them on 16.07.20 after two months of waiting patiently, I was informed that there will be another month of waiting for the delivery! I might be able to get it by the end of October!
No communication whatsoever, I had to keep calling them to find out re the status of my order.
I requested a cancellation of the order and will have to wait about 2 weeks to get my money back.
Do not waste time for them, I have no idea how they still operate..
