I had some problems with this company…
I had some problems with this company for delivery!! And gave them 1 star before! But they care about my problem and fix it for me and hopefully I’ll receive my order this Friday! So now I’m happy they replied me and explained me what was going on with my order and it wasn’t they fault it was some issues with UPS !
I couldn’t edit my review and then I decided to write a new one and give them 4 stars 😜

Could not recommend this business more! The whole process of choosing the shoes I want (they have a huge selection so it was very hard to choose) to the delivery process, it was a very smooth and efficient service. The team were quick to respond to any queries I had and ensured I was happy with my order. Will most definitely be buying my shoes from them again!

this company is very hit or miss!
this company is very hit or miss!! Will not be ordering again. First time I ever ordered (was unsure on the size and went with my normal uk size 4) they turned out to be a little too small, I stressed to the company that’d I’d like to just exchange them as I paid over £200 for Jordan which don’t even fit. He said there’s nothing he can do !! second time I ordered (knew my size I just went half a size up) had no issues. This time round my 3rd time ordering I messaged instakickz explaining how I’d like to order the panda dunks but in a ladies size and not juniors. Sam the owner said that that’s absolutely fine and that he will source a ladies size uk4.5. So I made an order, paid £10 for delivery waited a whole week for the shoes to come . They came and they were juniors which I said I didn’t want. So I messaged Sam again explaining the situation he told me I could send them back (pay for postage myself) and he will get the correct ones shipped out. I then spoke to someone else about it and turns out that @instakickz charge a silly amount when other websites do the shoes for a lot less (authentic websites) so not only did the wrong shoes came , I waited a whole week after paying £10 and later found out that juniors are cheaper to “source” . Not a very reliable company , wouldn’t recommend. There’s other Instagram pages that source shoes.

As explained via SMS we source stock on demand and unfortunately due to the courier (UPS) delaying our parcels we've had a back log of orders.
We also offered a refund if the item is not with you by Friday.

All customers are informed via email in regards to delays. As we source 90% of our stock on demand delays do occur and this week we had an ongoing issue with UPS parcels.
