Purchase one Rimowa carry on

I purchased Rimowa carry on pink color, which is sold out everywhere. They have great service and ship my luggage so fast to US. I received my luggage in time for my trip. The luggage is brand new the same as the one I purchased from Rimowa US website.

Great service and communication

Purchased a pair of Travis Scott Jordans and an Essentials hoodie as a birthday present for my partner. Had great customer experience/communication throughout and products actually ended up arriving ahead of when I thought they would. Both items were in great condition too. Highly recommend this business and will definitely be back for another purchase.

I placed an order on April 9th (#10007)…

I placed an order on April 9th (#10007) and received a confirmation, expecting the item to be dispatched soon. However, five days later, I was surprised to receive a notice stating that my order was being refunded, even though I hadn't requested a refund and was still eager to receive the product.

Naturally, I went back to the website to check if it was still in stock, and sure enough, it was. But, here’s the kicker—the price had magically gone up. I reached out to customer service, but it's been crickets since then. So yeah, if you're looking for a company that excels at wasting your time and money, look no further. Definitely one to avoid.

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague! Worst customer service ever. I've been waiting for nearly £300 in refunds since November, and they completely ignore emails with no other way to contact them.
They send expensive items without requiring a signature, so if the post office loses or misdelivers your parcel, it becomes your problem. They refuse to take responsibility and make you chase the refund yourself, fighting tooth and nail to get your money back.
I will never use this company again. If you're thinking of buying from them, save yourself the hassle—just don’t!

Dear Cycy,

We appreciate all feedback, but we also believe in being fair and transparent. Your order was placed on November 28, 2024, and delivered on November 30, 2024, as confirmed by Royal Mail’s tracking and GPS data. When you first contacted us on December 9, you stated the parcel was stolen. Then, on December 12, you claimed it was delivered to the wrong address. Given these contradictions, it’s difficult for us to determine what actually happened.

As a business, we have to follow standard procedures. We submitted a claim with Royal Mail, and we are still awaiting their response. You mentioned that Royal Mail told you they accept liability, but we have yet to receive confirmation of this on our end. In cases like these, we also advise customers to report the matter to the police if theft is suspected.

At this point, we have no way of knowing whether you now have both the parcel and the refund you’re demanding. We can’t just issue refunds without confirmation from Royal Mail, as that would mean a free tracksuit at our expense. Once Royal Mail concludes their investigation, we will proceed accordingly.

Good delivery time

Package delivered earlier than expected which i was pleased with. Communication a bit bad as Package was delivered but I didn't receive a tracking number or link to track Package. Apart from that everything is okay, from quality of product to delivery time👌🏾 so big up yuhself

The best experience 💕 really friendly team and made my Travis Scott dreams come true. I’ve been looking for a while and Instakicksz came through. You will not find a service as fast, comparatively priced or considerate anywhere else.

Cannot replace or warranty

Poor communication whilst chasing item up, had the coat a week and the zip has jammed up, got in touch with instakickz and as they only source the goods they weren’t very helpful and only offered £20 towards the repair, I won’t be using them again nor reccomending them, buy directly would be my advice at least that way you have somewhere to go back to, and after their reply they have confirmed there policy is 14 day return/exchange and even then there is a £30 fee, ridiculous really, so if you have a fault with something you can return it but it’ll cost you £30, if it’s after two weeks it’s tough you’re on your own, I’ll be sticking to shops from now on that actually care about their customers and service

Our core business model revolves around sourcing hard-to-find or sold-out items for our customers on demand. I understand that you purchased a Trapstar coat through our service, and I want to assure you that each item undergoes a thorough authentication and inspection process before dispatch.

I acknowledge your concern regarding the stuck zipper on the coat. We take quality control seriously, checking all zips, buttons, and ensuring the overall condition of the item before it reaches our customers. I understand that you contacted us on January 16, 2024, approximately two weeks after receiving the order, stating the issue with the zipper.

While our standard return/exchange period is 14 days, as a goodwill gesture, we offered to cover half the cost, up to £20, for a professional repair. I believe this is a fair compromise given the circumstances. Repairing a zipper typically costs around £15-20, and we are committed to honoring our promise if you choose to proceed with the repair.
