Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. I used another company before and didn’t have a good experience. So glad my friend told me to come to insta kickz! Highly recommend. Super speedy delivery aswell I was actually really shocked. Great communication, they knew I was anxious from previous experience & kept me assured at all times and also answered every question I had in detail.

I made an order and had a £20 off code…
I made an order and had a £20 off code that I forgot to use. Straight after the order I sent an email regarding if I can still add in the purchase or maybe be given another code for my next purchase, it has been 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard back from them but they have still managed to send the item? Not good customer service and terrible at responding.

Usually, when an order is confirmed, discount codes cannot be applied.
As discussed via email we did had some personal issues and we were not able to respond to texts/emails for a couple of days. However, as we did not want to delay any customer orders, we got everything sourced and dispatched by the team immediately.
