Had a problem on monday 28/11/22 sent photo of torn stitching on side wall of gazibo, instant promotions apologised and i received a replacement tuesday midday 29/11/22 you cannot beat that service can you.

From the beginning Instant Promotion has been very professional and prompt. My salesperson, Gemma, was so quick to answer all my many questions. It was the first time our small business had made a branded gazebo purchase and she made the process so easy for me. When I needed some accessories, her colleague Dan jumped in to help out while she was on leave and now I've ordered a second gazebo with them because we are so happy with our purchase. When the gazebo canopy & frame arrived we were absolutely blown away by the end product! The gazebo prints with our logos was absolutely outstanding.
