I used Instant Promotion to buy some business cards, which are high quality and glossy, and a counter.. When I needed to change the address, and for the counter to arrive by a certain date, Dan Goodwin got in touch, and sorted everything in less than an hour.

After searching the web for branded gazebo suppliers I found Instant’s website.

Having never worked with them before, and needing the product turned around quickly for upcoming events I had the usual nerves about whether they could deliver a quality product within the short timeframe.

However, I’m happy to say my worries have been well and truly removed.

The gazebo and print quality is fantastic and the customer service top notch. I also purchased branded flags and table covers which are also of great quality.

We approached Instant Promotions to help design our Gazebo, and the customer service was perfect. Our main point of contact was Dan, and he could not have been more helpful, considering we changed our minds on design so many times! The designer was Emily, and again, she worked hard with us in order to make sure we got what we wanted with the aesthetics of the gazebo.

We are incredibly happy with the finished product. We have took it to shows on a number of occasions now and are impressed with the sturdiness of the frame, and the ease with which we are able to put it up (30 minutes to get our stall set up with only two people)

We love our new charity branded gazebo, used today at an event. The design process was slick, we had excellent communications with the sales team and after delays in despatching our gazebo which were outside of IP's control, they went the extra mile offering solutions not excuses to ensure we received it yesterday. The quality of the gazebo is excellent and the colours (we opted for black as our logo is rainbow coloured) look crisp and clear. We received a lot of positive comments. Would definitely order more products if needed.

We ordered several different branded items for event organisation and had excellent customer service throughout the process. Bill was patient with all our questions and made sure we got just what we needed. Everything is very good quality and and we look forward to using it for years to come.
