Arrived before dinner on the day agreed, the driver didn't just leave the sheets for me to move but helped me carry them up the drive. Very happy with the insulation. Excellent service.

Goods arrived promptly but slightly damaged. This would not have been a problem if the boards were to be used in areas that would be covered by other material. I needed them as insulation on a conservatory roof that is used as a studio in the winter as the boards are light and don't weigh much. My fault not to tell the company to be extra careful not to damage the surfaces. The product was ideal for my purpose. Thank you,

Looking for rockwool insulation for my partition walls I was re doing at home. Found the product on line at insulation Express at a fantastic price even with the delivery cost that I couldn’t find anywhere locally that could come close too.
Ordering online was easy and speaking to their people on the phone was a delight.
The delivery was fast and efficient and the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful.

I’ll be buying from insulation express again in the near future as I work through each of the rooms that need updating.

Excellent service,1 board had a little transit damage but very minor and not worth reporting. Ordered cel brand which when ordering said available but then got email to say not available, not sure why the Website could not have said this originally (I guess so u don’t look elsewhere and it does make it clear when ordering different brand may be sent) different branded product rect seems to be the same and overall very happy with price and service

The company provided a good service; they rectified an error the following day and dealt with a return effectively, crediting my credit card without me having to follow up. The only disappointment was that I had to pay the postage on the return. I shall be using them again
