This company underwrites Petsure, which has just changed its name to Petgevity probably because of all the bad reviews they were getting.
I have claim with Insurance Factory as the underwriters and I have spent 6 months answering the most stupid questions for a small claim of just £200 for a biopsy on a lump on my dogs nipple.
The lastest question is "what is your dogs behaviour like with other dogs" >>>>for a claim for a lump !!!!
Stay well away
I’d give these 0 stars if I had the choice! Absolutely disgusting and useless company, that represent Petsure insurance. Petsure who have now changed their name, probably because of the terrible service and reviews they’re now receiving! No surprise, they thought it was funny my claim hadn’t been actioned! Yet I received around 8 emails or more, stating my bets wasn’t replying? I contacted my vets who said they hadn’t received any contact from Petsure or this ridiculous insurance company.
They just sent me an email saying they did nothing wrong. Let’s see what the ombudsman have to now say.
Do not insure or trust Petsure or this insurance company, you will thank me later.
ollie was very helpful and most polite thanks again from eric whitnall

Decent price for car insurance, Ian was very patient, helpful and considerate and spent time to make sure this was the best deal for me.

Ian who dealt with my call was brilliant! Worked really hard to get me a quote

Really disappointing all round. My premium went from £50 a month to £150 and the only claim I made was for a minor condition (less than £300) which was short term and extremely unlikely to recur.

Helpful, friendly and explained everything clearly.
Ian was pleasant and engaging

Their pet insurance is disgusting, there are so many exclusions and excesses that if you do make a claim you get only a small portion of what you are due.
Their out of hours cap of £100 doesn't even get you in the door never mind cover the out of hours vets cost
Also the admin charge the vet charges for answering their questions on the claim is excluded, pumped both ways excellent

Having paid this insurance for 16 years and recently had to claim for my cat my premiums have more than doubled, and they are taking weeks to process claims, my current claim has been with them 5 weeks, was delayed for a further three because they changed my policy number without informing me so my vet was attempting to claim, and being rejected but not being told why, now eventually I put the claim in myself and more than 4 weeks later not a single update, multiple phone calls and a complaint later I’ve been told it’ll be sorted as priority now, but I’ll believe it when I see it. If not I’ll be contacting the financial ombudsman.

Appalling service. Taking far too long to deal with a claim. They just answer my chasing emails with basically, " we're busy". It has taken months. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company.
