Now entering my fifth year with InsureTAXI, thankfully not had to make a claim, but I find the staff a pleasure to speak to at renewal time.

I had a very nice experience with this company insure taxi the name of the person Ben he was kind, patient very helpful throughout the whole process he took the time to explain everything clearly to me and made sure that I understood everything it’s very rare to find someone who genuinely cares. I would recommend you definitely get your insurance done from this company.

Brother, they are worst on its kind.In order to keep you in their firm, they create duplicate accident which does not exist and in other case claim the money which you didnt get in your behalf without telling you.These are scammers.KEEP AWAY from them.Doggy middle firm.

He explained my policy clearly and make sure I understood all my options. normally insurance tell you this is the price take it or leave it but took 3-4 day he work hard to find me the best price, It’s such a relief knowing I’m in good hands — definitely the best insurance experience I’ve ever had! Absolutely disgraceful company i was a private hire driver and I stopped doing that job 3 weeks ago I've been trying to cancel now for the whole 3 weeks with umpteen phone calls and emails to no answer they finally phone me and trying to charge me just under £500 as they can't backdate it yea very good they can sing for it avoid this company at all costs

I have been insuring my taxi with insure taxi for some times can’t even remember the years, it could be more then probably 5 years, never had any problems at all, price is reasonable but also an explanation through the quoting very reliable. I also admired Lauren Bundel very very polite and professional, she explained to the max there is no doubt in her ability. Thanks to her I am purchasing again.
