I spoke with Sue Hartley on the phone regarding a premium the insurance company wants to charge me due to my insurance having to be cancelled, not by my choice. Sue has been helping me to deal with the situation and has been very supportive. Hopefully the complaint will end positively.

Today, I got my taxi insurance renewed with the help and dedication of Toni (Renewal Sales Executive).
She was quite helpful by carrying me along through the renewal process and while in communication with the insurance company to clarify certain issues.
The experience was very much less stressful for me. Thanks a lot.

Annual insurance renewal
I had my renewal and dealt with Lucy at first and then Toni McGarvey, Lucy was very good and did exceptionally well in getting me the right quote at a price that I was actually happy with which is very rare when dealing with Insurance.
Toni did my actual renewal and was amazing, she was quick, thorough and very polite. I was extremely happy with how I was dealt with and would recommend this company.
Toni is exceptional and a credit to the company. 5*****

I used insure taxi as a broker
I used insure taxi as a broker. Our car was stolen and had to make a claim. Just called them and spoken to Oliver Collard, in few minutes he sorted everything out for me. I had no hassle at all. I think Oliver Collard is a gem to the company. I am really happy I used Insure Taxi

Exceptional customer service from Lewis Evans, went the extra mile and helped me sort out an outstanding claim and even get me my ncb for that year. Shame price was more than my renewal or I would have switched over.
