Great first impression
I started doing a quote online and someone called me to go through it which I’ve never had before. They were really helpful and professions and even though we kept having terrible issues with the Wi-Fi and phone signal, they kept calling me back and we got through it all. Great price. Great service. Highly recommend.

Live chat never availible
They give a reference number as they need more information and ask you click on live chat. Did this several times only to be told that its not availible. The internet is full of companies offering insurance, so why would I be bothered with these.
