Very disappointed

Very disappointed, I need them to apply for my refund for a holiday in March and they are ignoring all of my emails and there phone rings out. Not sure if I’ll ever get my money back.

So disappointed with this company we…

So disappointed with this company we had a ski holiday booked in March but it was cancelled because of COVID we still haven’t had a refund every time we phone we are told that somebody will e mail to let us know when we will get a refund but nobody ever does !!! I see lots of other people are having the same problem with interactive resorts !!!

Poor comms and company - do not use

Our ski holiday in April was cancelled by them with no refund. We haven't been given any refunds only a voucher - they are unresponsive and not helpful. I am also struggling with claiming through travel insurance due to the fact they have used a voucher! Really poor service and communications.

Great service from Interactive Resorts

Great service from Interactive Resorts, and in particular Charlie Cornock, who provided great help and advice for finding the perfect chalet for the group. Charlie was always quick to respond with helpful options on chalets, dates, resorts, booking policies and always providing advice in a friendly and professional manner. I would highly recommend using Interactive Resorts for finding and booking a ski holiday.

5th year booking with Interactive Resorts

This is the fifth year booking with Interactive Resorts . Charlie dealt with my booking . He listened to what I needed as I run a large group of older skiers we are particular on our needs!
Very patient courteous & we were given several options before finally settling on a chalet for next year.
Nothing is too much trouble .would highly recommend.

Very poor communication over refunds

Our refund of £9000+ has finally been received by us today, 8th July. This money was returned to IR on 12th March from Ski Total. It really is inexcusable that IR simply shut up shop and refused to communicate with their clients. Really poor customer service. We referred the case to TTA who assured us the money was held in a trust account and could not be accessed by IR. Whilst this gave us some level of reassurance, it was still a very anxious 4 month wait.

Do not use this company

After months of trying to get a refund from the tour operator, that has now happened but they have sent the money to Interactive Resorts who have shut up shop. Who know if they will reopen but none of the phone numbers are being answered and emails don’t appear to be getting through. I would strongly deter anyone from using this company in future and am going to try the Financial Ombudsman next to see if there is any recourse there.

No refund for Coronavirus cancellations

Our ski holiday on the 4th April was cancelled by them with no refund. £8000 and all they could do was give a notice of cancellation to help with travel insurance claims. I am also struggling with claiming through travel insurance so it looks like i've lost all our money. I've always booked independently before and I thought I would use a reputable company for a change. Never will I use a package holiday again and I urge no one to give them any business.

Please do not ever use this company

Please do not ever use this company. Had to get a solicitor to help me get my money back after they closed their offices, despite being refunded our money from Esprit before they closed. After they had my solicitors letter i got a call from one of the directors, Theo, who was nothing more than a bully. Aggressive, shouting at me, telling me no court in the land would take our case on, huffing and puffing, talking over me and was very intimidating. Hotelplan paid us our money who are going to go after interactive. So stressful and upsetting, plesse dont give them your money, they do not deserve to be in business

Awful communication, poor customer service

Awful communication! Terrible customer service
Understandably this is a terrible situation. However absolutely no communication from this company about getting a refund back for our holiday which was nearly £6000. All communication lines have been blocked - email, message centre, telephone.
Today we finally got an e mail but basically saying contact your travel insurance. I have tried e mailing them again and an automated e mail comes back saying the offices are closed due to covid19.
This is my money, I am entitled legally to a refund, Interactive resorts get it sorted!!!

Awful Service

We booked a stag trip via Interactive resorts for group of 10. We were scheduled to fly at the end of March, but due to COVID, our trip was cancelled.

We immediately requested a refund, which as of today, still has not been processed. I have followed up with them via their live chat and via phone on a weekly basis and have constantly been fobbed off.

I've contacted their parent company today, The 'travel network group' and was told only Interactive resorts can deal with my refund.

It now appears Interactive resorts are completely closed. No answer on their phone number, Live chat, whatsap or facebook.

Terrible customer service, terrible company, will not be booking via them again and would encourage others to stay well clear.

Ski holiday cancelled- no communication/refund to date

Ski holiday cancelled and no communication, no refund to date. Ski holiday was cancelled by Tui on 13th March. Interactive Resorts would not give a date for refund - waiting for refund from Tui. No communication or correspondence initiated by Interactive Resorts - all communication one way from the lead for our group. Now (1st May 2020) the office is closed. Empathise with small businesses but the lack of communication is inexcusable

Disgusting and terrible…

Disgusting and terrible treatment.......

This company have had our money from Esprit over a week ago and have closed refusing to pay their customers money back.

They have closed blaming Covid when their staff have already said they were working remotely from home.

So they have taken the money from the tour operator with the requirement to pay out their customers with those funds and then closed so they don’t have to pay out.

They must be reported to tour regulator or have committed some company or other offences.

Something needs doing very quickly with this situation.

Have just booked our group holiday for next season in St Christoph because we are 20+ and to give us something to look forward to.
Flora and Charlie have been excellent dealing with the various dynamics of the group especially children.
This is the eighth year we have booked through Interactive and will continue to do so.

I wish it was a good review but no

I’d love to say as the last reviewer that the company offered an alternative as we would have jumped at the chance, even paying more to do so if it meant putting our £6500 towards another holiday we would, but we have just been told it’s a flat out cancellation with no refund. £6500 lost because the ski resort shut outside of our control. I’m extremely sad and I wouldn’t recommend using such an agent to anyone given larger package holiday providers ARE giving customers options for partial refund / rearranging of holidays. I wish they’d return my emails too. So far I’ve waited 2 weeks and was supposed to be a priority customer as far as they knew we were already in France on the day our holiday was cancelled but nothing. I wanted to have a great holiday or even just a good experience rebooking but the company have let me down.

Above and beyond all expectations

Once again, Interactive Resorts have come up trumps! With the current situation with Flybe, Emily and Flora went "above and beyond" to find us an alternative holiday - all within a day. What started out as looking like a complete cancellation has ended up with probably a better holiday and saved us a considerable amount of money. Thank you
