This is the 2nd time I have booked with Interactive Resorts both times I have had excellent service and a good price. Let’s hope the holiday is as good as the booking process.

Very positive experience dealing with Interactive resorts, they really do work for you. I have used them twice and have been very impressed.

Georgia was a great help to us in choosing our chalet. She investigated some rather misleading information and gave us the detail we needed, and she was friendly and checked information with the owners on our behalf.

Will was knowledgeable, polite, and patient with our slow decision making. Having listened to our needs, he came up with 5 suggestions, two of which were ideal. After due consideration, we booked one the following week.

Just booked for the third time with interactive resorts . Will was very helpful as always . Excellent service .

We just booked a last minute skiing trip next week for our family of 4 through Interactive. This year it was difficult to find the right combination of catered chalet, location and price but Su went the extra mile to find a great chalet in Tignes. Su was extremely pro-active in seeking out options for us to consider and in finding the best trip. Very much appreciated!

Thomas was extremely knowledgable, helpful and very responsive during the booking process and really listened to our requirements. Flora was also helpful, knowledgable and quick to respond. I would definitely book ski holidays with Interactive Resorts again. We are looking forwards to our skiing holiday next month!

Being last-minute.com, Su exhausted every opportunity (and more!) and gave exceptional service compared to other the tour operators. Her responses were very timely and precise which gave me 100% confidence in entrusting Su and Interactive Resorts to find the best deal, to which they did. Thank you so much as we now have a fantastic vacation to look forward too.

Trying to co-ordinate a group of skiers can be tiresome but Kirstie Macey tolerated us very well and suggested several options/dates/flights. We have ended up booking a good chalet and at relatively short notice (3 weeks).

Used Interactive resorts again this year. Once again a great service. Now our fourth ski holiday with them.
Georgia was very helpful and spoke to the chalet to get the best room
and didn’t mind my endless enquiries as we changed our minds a few times.

We have used Interactive several times now and it has been a pleasure dealing with Flora who is always helpful, quick to respond and friendly.

Just come back from a great ski holiday organised by Aaron. The Chalet Coeurs is just a 20 min walk from the Centre of Morzine and the ski bus just a 3 min walk. Nothing was too much trouble. The Chalet hosts Sam and Iona made everyone feel welcomed and at ease.
Everything was great - thanks everyone.

As a returning customer I dealt with Flora, once again she was very quick & efficient with quotes, always able to answer any questions and responded by email or telephone. When it came time to book, Flora had left precise notes to make our booking clear, Adam continued the efficiency & completed our booking and was very helpful.

Very helpful staff and not pushy at all. Looking forward to our Feb half term 2021 ski holiday now.

We booked our first family ski holiday for the week of 2020 New Year period, through Interactive Resorts. Although I spent numerous evenings searching the internet there were to numerous combinations of locations, chalet types, apartments to be able to see the wood from the trees. When I made first contact with Su, I had no expectations but just explained what we thought that we were looking for. She quickly offered three options for us to consider, and we selected Starlight in Morzine.
The town was just perfect with original character, restaurants and a lovely town centre. The chalet hotel was a lovely walk, max. 10mins to Plenney gondola and ski hire shop that we rented from, and daily stored our ski's.
Starlight chalet hotel had everything we wanted and more, not too small or too large, so we met the same guests most nights at dinner for a catch up on their day's activities. They had a relaxing tv games room that attracted all our children every night and a hot tub for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The owners, Clarissa and Elderon, couldn't do enough to maximise the enjoyment of our family holiday, all became like a home from home. We had a very nice large family room with a balcony, great for family bonding.

We all concluded that our first family ski holiday was a great success, made so by Interactive Resorts and Starlight Chalet Hotel.

Flora was very helpful in helping us to select our chalet in Val d’isere putting chalets on hold while we were finalising our plans. Hopefully it will live up to expectations!

Just booked our first ever skiing holiday and Jules was a dream to deal with. Gave us great advice and made things very simple. Seemed to have good knowledge of resorts and which ones would be best for us as novices. At the end of the day life is about taking risks and trusting so here we go.

I have been plagued by unwanted emails from this company and it seems impossible to unsubscribe. I would not be at all surprised if many of these glowing reviews, particularly those that name "helpful" members of staff by name are written by people involved in the company. From my experience I have gained the opinion that they are not an organisation to be trusted.

Have just booked our ski holiday ... All completed in a matter of days. Peter was excellent at listening to what we wanted and finding it for us at a reasonable price. Just need lots of snow over the next month now!
