Booked many times with interactive resorts and cuts out all the searching for deals yourself. Will was very helpful and found us a good deal.

Found a good hotel and ski package. The booking process was easy.Can't give 5* until after the holiday though.

Love the functionality. Messaging enables good communications throughout.

I've been organising a group ski trip for over 30 years and have used numerous operators and agents in that time. Started using IR a few years ago and have nothing but positive things to say about these guys. Specifically dealt with Claire and she has been great and very knowledgeable. Had a little glitch this year but it was dealt with very quickly and in a professional manner ensuring the problem was solved to our advantage.
Also love the client area which automates a lot of the process making interaction so much better than other organisations

Having the dubious task of booking annual group ski holidays for many years, finding IR at least 5 years ago was brilliant. My main contact is now Thomas who has extremely good knowledge of the resorts and the tour operators and makes booking for any size group very easy. I have yet to find anyone, sales or admin, who isn't extremely efficient and always willing to help.

These guys do a great job. Super accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and effective. Shout out to Charlie C sorting out our dream Christmas boarding trip. Don't hesitate to book with these guys.

Really helpful service from Naomi for our group of 14. Naomi took time to understand our requirements to find a range of options for us with a clear recommendation which ticked all the boxes.

Thomas Aiston from Interactive resorts helped me find a suitable chalet for a large group (20). I sent him a brief email with what we wanted and he promptly got back to me with a very suitable chalet that ticked all the boxes. He was helpful and attentive, but also did not pressure or hassle at all when I said I needed a bit of time to consult with the group. Excellent service! We have used interactive resorts on two previous occasions and been very satisfied with the experience. Our experience so far on this occasion has been excellent again and I trust that the chalet will be of a high standard.

I’ve booked my ski holiday for the last seven or eight holidays with Ski Interactive. And I can see the details of every one in my online account. I can check the deals and prices for all of them which is very useful. SI have always been efficient and reliable and I’ve always been lucky having Claire Gardner at the end of the phone or email to give a great personal service. Claire has loads of experience so i really value her ideas and opinion on my own ideas! Thank you Claire!

Wow! What excellent service from Charlie. Within an hour of speaking we had a list of chalets that all met our needs, from which we were easily able to select our final choice. Charlie followed our brief exactly, and was friendly, polite, proactive, responsive and very knowledgeable. Looking forward to enjoying our ski holiday, and will definitely use IR again. The bar has been set very high!

We have just booked our third holiday through IR and have been very happy with the service that we have received everytime we have used them. We have dealt with Gary and this helps in providing a personnel service. IR have always looked to meet our requirements and we expect to use them in future years.
