Great assistance while booking:
Gary was helping me with booking, and he was very active and helpful. Even though we had a big group and it took a lot of time to achieve consensus, Gary was always helpful with different options and suggestions.

Always found IR to be knowledgeable about the resorts Very patient whilst we decided and then the booking process very easy Gary helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend them for skiing holidays

I have been organising two ski trips for groups up to 70 for several years.This is the second season I have booked with Interactive Resorts and have found Claire Gardner to be most helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I can't recommend them more highly!

We found interactive resorts last year online and booked our ski trip to La Plagne through them. My first point of contact was Charlie Cornock who was extremely helpful and patient with the constant queries I had about the resort etc. The booking process and ski trip was so successful I have been in touch with Charlie who has booked our ski trip for 2020 ! Again a smooth no pressure booking and a personal point of contact . Great service

Fantastic service from Georgia G. from I.R. I felt like I was talking to a friend. As soon as I ring up , she was there to answer any inquiry. She contacted the hotels to find the best suitable option for our family. Her email were very thorough and every time she included every single detail I needed. I highly recommend Interactive Resorts.

So far so good! The team, Gary C in particular, have dealt with my enquiry and constant changes without any problem. We have changed from Austria to France and have now decided on Italy.
I have organised a ski trip for a party of 16 adults in a catered chalet and the team have come up trumps. They all seem to have a pretty good knowledge of the resorts be it from their own knowledge or by searching for the info.
Deposit paid. Countdown begins.

Great personal service from Claire. Attentive, personable and efficient. 4th time using I/R and would thoroughly recommend, they really care. The Client portal is excellent and very helpful for the Group Leader to co-ordinate and record all their group info.
