DIABOLICAL
We were told that it would be a luxury coach transfer from Bradford to Southampton, anything but it was old and tired, no charging points no WiFi, we had to ask the driver to put some heating on as it was freezing, this he did, then it was boiling. The return journey was just as bad, had to wait 90 minutes for 4 passengers to disembark, to be then told the toilet was broken, only 1, 30 minutes stop & 1, 15 minutes stop, the only good thing about it were the drivers, £116 each, in future will be going with National Express

We have used Intercruise on at least 6 occasions.
Each time we have had an excellent experience. Friendly, helpful drivers. Clean, modern comfortable coaches. Also helpful if you ring their office.Thank you.
Poor customer service for refund.
Took ages to contact them by phone and emails to cancel coach service due to cruise cancellation.
Told that it will take 2 weeks for refund to my credit card. Not sure if the person was up to speed.

On the phone right now for the third time. First time, midway through asking to book was put on hold without warning or explanation in total silence.
Second call, got as far as being asked my booking reference number, then disconnected.

This is truly awful customer service. I suspect they have some warped KPIs for productivity that mean staff resort to this ridiculous behaviour.

Been trying to book my coach transfer with cruise connect all morning, waiting ages to get through then get through to someone and they put you on hold and hang up! Shocking customer service. Will try again tomorrow not wasting anymore of my time.
The coaches were very shabby
The coaches were very shabby and cramped more suitable for a school trip The return coach was unsuitable for the elderly passengers on board it was quite distressing to see them struggle I wish we had the option of evesway when getting the free coach with our P and O cruise
Worst experience
Spent ages on the phone to book our coach We are both disabled so stressed the need for help Driver going down was really good and coach excellent as it lowered to let you on Coming back the seating was upstairs a nightmare for us both At one stop the driver asked why l wasn't getting off told him l couldn't manage stairs no offer of help Seats were squashed in and front window badly cracked When we got to Scotch Corner the driver gave us no help at all Since found out that this company don't own the coaches they just hire them Will not be going with this company again and letting Cunard know
Evesway next time
Travelled with Cruise Connect to Southsmpton omg a nitemare driver wasn't very sociable not that i wanted a full blown conversation it does pay to be curteous though, he was also a very erratic driver shouting at other drivers criticising their driving "pot kettle black" I would advise wearing masks on the coach as there was a passenger who coughed all the way to Southampton and the majority of the coach coughed on the way back within a few days we had covid obviously not the coach companies fault but just be aware this is the last thing you would want after a lovely holiday bring back pre testing before boarding the ship would help and stop selfish people from boarding when they know full well they are unwell
The journey from Hull to Southampton…
The journey from Hull to Southampton was the best ever two drivers a couple of decent stops
The return journey no toilet from the off. Full of urine and faeces I pointed out to driver
The driver had a one stop policy for a journey of 7 hours he drove in socks took his shoes off banged on the side of the coach cursing other motorists and the driving speed of some certainly not a professional and offered no help to his passenger he just wanted to get home and finish early

Booked a coach to Southampton for three people. I know correct titles (Mr, Mrs and Miss) were given and names split correctly. When the documents arrived there were errors. I emailed and told them. They sent two more sets of documents still with errors on. I tried phoning numerous times. All i got was music and cut off after ten minutes. I tried emailing again. All coming back rejected (I replied to their emails so the address must be right). Now I am worried, are they as inefficient in their coach operations as they are in administration? Won't use them again, too much hassle.

We went to keele services two weeks this Sunday where inter cruises put on a happy days coach the roof was leaking in over my legs I thought well this is a great start to our family holiday no drivers fault so moved to another seat so as from now I will book only with evesways from now on .
Driver needs more training
After a lovely cruise and many times using Intercruises I was left very disappointed with the driver’s attitude, he was very rude. We did have a bad start with not enough seats and not enough room for the cases, but this was eventually sorted. Two people transferred to another coach. The driver seemed in a rush and was aiming for the first stop to be Nottingham Services, which was approximate 3hrs away. He did say he would stop before if needed which he did at Warwick services for 20 mins.most people got off the bus. My grandson decided to stay on at first but change his mind and tried getting off at the side door which was closed. On making his way to the front of the coach the driver was rude to him asking why he was still on the coach, then asked if he was drunk. My Grandson who is in his early 20 lives with slight cerebral palsy so his sometimes unsteady not drunk. The driver was been judgmental and should be trained in hidden disabilities. I can understand the driver protecting passengers belongings but not all young males are delinquents. The next encounter with the driver was At Nottingham Services. He was dropping passengers of here and we were having the scheduled break. I was sat at a table seat with my 3 grandchildren, we decided to be polite and let the vacating passengers get their belongings and leave first. This is when the driver came up to our table very rudely and told us to get off the bus. I don’t think he knew I was sat there in the corner, but his attitude was not very nice and I told him so and explained we were waiting for for the others to get of first. I am in my senior years and my legs don’t work as fast as they use to do ,it made sense to wait and not hold people up. I think he realised after I got up , but did not apologise for his attitude. I have used intercruise and Eavesway for the last 15 years and never had a driver like this one.

Yesterday, Friday 4th August 2023 we had the pleasure of being collected from Southampton by a Leon’s coach and driver. Our Driver Max was excellent in every aspect. Despite a long journey due to heavy traffic he conveyed us safely to our final drop off point. Throughput the journey we felt safe and comfortable with Max keeping us updated on journey progress. Coach booking cancelled by Intercruises
Incorrect information on website, difficulty in getting through by telephone, no reply to emails and then coach booking cancelled by Intercruises.

Our holiday was 1st July 2023, booked intercruises coach, from Leicester to Southampton return journey. Both journeys were prompt,nice friendly driver , kept us up to date with traffic ,arrival times etc. Both coaches were extremely lovely and comfortable , couldn't fault

After reading all the negative reviews I thought I would give my experience I am travelling from Preston to Southampton on a very luxurious coach with a very obliging driver who as done everything to make our journey enjoyable.
DO NOT USE INTERSERVE - THEY DON'T SERVE I still have not been contacted by Interserve, over 7weeks ago. Isn’t there any protection from companies like this?
My wife and I used Intercruise coaches for our cruise on P & O Arvia on 28th May 2023 to 11th June 2023
to save time typing it all out again, I have attached a copy of my complaint to Interserve when we returned from the cruise, which they have totally ignored.

Dear Catriona Hatton
I am contacting you directly regarding our recent cruise aboard P & O Arvia from 28 May to 11 June 2023.
We used your coaches to and from Southampton.
Our reference number was 23P&0478168
You are fully aware of our late arrival at Southampton as you gave all passengers a letter as we disembarked from the coach at 5:00pm.
You mentioned in your letter that the reason for our late arrival was due to heavy traffic and technical issues.
I would like to point out fully the reasons for the delay, and the diabolic way we were treated.
We arrived at Burtonwood Services in good time for the 0830 departure.
By 0900 nobody had heard anything to explain the reason for the delay.
Using the emergency number, I contacted Intercruises for the reason.
Somebody eventually rang me back to explain that the driver had gone to Preston by mistake, which was hard to believe for a start.
I had to make further calls as the coach had not arrived.
It eventually arrived at 10:15.
It was not a sleek superior coach, but a SKILLS COACH.
We asked the driver was there a reserved front seat for my wife, who had mobility issues, and I requested when booking.
This was confirmed on my phone booking.
The driver just shrugged his shoulders, and said he had no idea.
My wife struggled getting on the coach, and cut her right shin badly, which caused a lot of blood.
It covered her new white trainers, which are now ruined.(Photo included)
Other passengers were shocked, and some provided plasters to help.
She received no help from the driver although he saw the incident clearly.
He was later struggling to get the cases on the coach, and the wheelchair lift would not work.
We eventually left Burtonwood at 10:20am.
After a short journey on the motorway the police stopped the driver to say his hazard lights were on due to a door being open.
We had to return to Burtonwood for him to fully lock the door of the wheelchair lift.
We set off again at 10:40
I must add that the driver did not advise of any medical help onboard, or advise passengers to put seatbelts on.
The coach, and driver had very little skills, and it was not what we had expected or paid for.
The wife of the passenger that was in the wheelchair was visibly shocked by the coach and treatment to her and her husband.
She said Intereserve usually are great and have coaches with no steps.
When we finally arrived at Southampton my wife was stopped inside the terminal as her leg was still bleeding.
They said she could not board until they dressed her wound properly to stop the bleeding.
They said it should have been stitched.
After six days onboard Arvia my wife required medical attention.
The doctor said that the wound was now septic and dressed the wound and prescribed antibiotics.
This cost us 129.90 pounds. (Proof included)
As I hope you can realise the impact this has had on us for the two week duration of this cruise.
My wife was in pain throughout and could not enjoy being in any of the pools.
The homeward journey was totally different on an Ellisons coach, driven by a pleasant and helpful driver.
He gave us front seats, and no steps to use.
He also advised all customers of the legal requirements, and kept us fully advised of the time we would get back to Burtonwood.
We have had a horrendous outward journey, and an exceptional homeward journey.
I don’t think your offer of a half price coach journey is anywhere near sufficient for us as we had only half of what should be accepted as the norm, especially as we also had to pay 129.90 to P & O for my wife’s medical care.
In closing, I advise that you do not use a substandard coach company or drivers, because they reflect badly on Interserve, and its customers.

We travelled down to Southampton on 22/06/2023 from Trowell Services, the coach was a little late in arriving, but after that made good time and we arrived at the cruise terminal well within the allotted boarding time, the driver was extremely pleasant, and safe.
First class service.
Coach arrived on time, found it very clean and comfortable, driver was very informative. Some road works but driver managed to find alternative routes. Also enough comfort stops but they is a toilet on the coach.
Coming home was also very good with same standard of coach. First time we have travelled to Southampton by coach but would definitely use this company again.
