Great selection and I do appreciate being left alone to browse without being bothered for as long as I like.
I got to know Sonja and she is a great help. She and her colleagues are very knowledgeable.
Shame they are moving but at least staying in the area.

I placed my order on-line way back in August and was told my Voyage blind would take up to 8 weeks for delivery, I chased the delivery at the end of September and was told there was a delay with their supplier. My blind eventually arrived on the 20th of October after nearly 10 weeks. Apart from a voice message there has been very little communication and nothing in the form of an apology or any compensatory refund of the delivery costs. it's a shame because I want to order more Voyage blinds.

Superb friendly service. Great selection of samples and materials plus lots of brochures to choose from. Had curtains made and was helped all the way through to hanging them.

Very poor experience, this review 1st communication I have had. Ordered blinds online, no acknowledgment of order. 3 phone calls from me asking when they would be delivered. Finally received after 3rd call. Blinds arrived with no invoice, just a box with the blinds in. They were delivered 6 weeks after they were ordered.
If there is a problem with their suppliers a simple email with explanation is the least they could do.

Courteous, helpful staff and an efficient initial service was a good start. Although it's always ideal when things go smoothly, I feel that the quality of service received if there is a problem is a real mark of a company's ethos. I cannot fault Interior Fabrics in this regard, as they could not have been more impressive or efficient in solving my problem as speedily as possible. Based on my first experience, I will be using Interior Fabrics again and recommending them to others without hesitation.

The team are always so helpful & knowledgeable. The range of fabrics in stock is amazing & if you can't find any thing you like in stock there are so many more upstairs that can be specially ordered. Curtain making & upholstery are of a very high standard as well. I can't speak highly enough of Interior Fabrics, I have been using this 'gem' for nearly 25 years, a real find.

Professional and personal service with prompt completion of my order- will definitely recommend to others and go again myself.

The service is excellent and workmanship first class. Only hitch was having to wait for the arrival of one set of curtains which took a while. I would highly recommend this shop.
