Previous experience as been very good but on this occasion roller blinds ordered with meticulous sizing details and one was made up too large. Member of staff stated a centimetre could be cut off the side not understanding that the roller itself was 78cms instead of 77cms and would need to be completely re made.
We are waiting but not confident that this non English person will get it right. Not a racists statement a fact. The

Ordered material especially for us although we only needed less than half a roll. Covered our Ottoman very quickly and efficiently.

Very good value for a quality product. Have not found cheaper anywhere else. Not the fastest shipping, but I wasn't in a hurry. Would use the site again :)

Very good choice of fabrics and accessories but, best of all, the very well-informed Louisa and all her warm, helpful staff make shopping here a very pleasant experience.

Sadly not a great experience we ordered on a Thursday products meant to be delivered by the next Tuesday ... first the driver couldn't find our house evidently... then next excuse was van trouble then after multiple phone calls and failed promises of delivery products finally arrived at 8 pm on a Friday eve. No real attempt from sellers to rectify and we were unable to speak to anyone senior... best avoided unless you want to wait for a long period and have several promises made then broken

couldn't offer the cushion design I'd ordered so accepted other to speed delivery.....which then took 2 weeks and several phone calls. no real apology.got parcel via post office after being told UPS was the carrier.Think they forgot to post and were telling porkies.Cushions look really good though if a tad expensive.
