I have used several shipping companies over the several years and I think International Sea & Air Shipping did a great job. All their agents and customer services were right on target, friendly, and helpful.

We had a completely hassle-free experience with both the Stateside service and the follow-up service in Thailand. Our quotes were timely and the Reps kept in constant contact throughout. The coordination between the Office Crews and the Contractors (who picked up our household goods) was mistake free. Although we chose self-pack, the onsite Moving Crew offered us great advice and lent a hand in making sure every box was sturdily sealed and every piece of furniture was wrapped carefully. The attention to detail in marking each item and the care in which all was loaded for shipment was excellent. I have moved internationally and across the US since 1980 and this was my most worry-free event. Kudos also to the crews in Thailand that received our belongings and were able to store them for us. This was a door-to-door move with an organization that I highly recommend. Thank you, IAIS.

I'm in the process of moving from Portugal to Denver and have been very impressed with this company. The packing crew was top notch - careful, attentive, and professional. My final invoice matched the quote estimate, with the addition of insurance (which I asked for). What also stands out is how quickly the team responds to emails. I always get clear and helpful answers right away to questions or concerns. Great service all around.

This was my second move with International Sea & Air Shipping and they did not disappoint again. I have many high value artworks which required them to build custom wooden crates. I was very nervous to ship them overseas but all was handled with a high level of care. Each piece was meticulously packed, and the crew was very patient as I hovered! Additionally, my SUV was transported safely and without a scratch. I would not hesitate to recommend their services with complex or high-value shipments.

Thank goodness for this company. The team made moving my 3-bedroom NYC apartment to Israel way easier than expected. super organized, kept me in the loop with updates, and took great care of my belongings. Everything arrived within the expected timeframe and in the same condition. Very professional, lots of reassurance and support made a stressful process feel a lot more manageable.

Paid for an international move and paid for private storage at their facility.

I entrusted International Sea & Air Shipping with my international move and paid monthly for over a year to store my belongings securely. When my items were finally delivered to Puerto Rico, a significant portion—about 1/4—of my shipment was missing (big items as well), including items of high sentimental value. Their customer service response was dismissive, citing that I didn’t report the missing items within 30 days of delivery and offering no real accountability. They said they have documentation that everything arrived but clearly 1/4 of my things are MIA. I was dealing with a loss of a baby and was mourning so going through things was a challenge. When I actually was able to I noticed the missing items and boxes.

I find it unacceptable that belongings could “disappear” while in their custody—especially while I was actively paying for them to be stored and protected. Their failure to uphold their responsibility has caused me emotional and financial distress. I do not recommend this company and caution others to document everything and seek alternatives with more integrity and accountability. We paid these people for the move and storage over 10k.

I need to give some MAJOR kudos to my Sales Agent Hillary who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions I had during the early stages of our move abroad. Communication was clear and prompt throughout the entire process. Hillary demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and truly had a genuine commitment to assisting with all the questions I had.
Overall, I have been VERY happy with the entire team at International Sea & Air!

The Crew, the timing and supplies has been a very comforting experience for us. Moving overseas is a very big deal and to have a company with a team from the first phone call to the last box loaded into the truck/container with professionalism, hard working, patient, transparent, very pleasant, respectful workers is priceless. I recently moved from NYC to Portugal and had a great experience overall. The service was excellent on both ends — the teams in the U.S. and Portugal were professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout the process.

Although the move was delayed by 2months due to unforeseen circumstances, the company handled the situation well and were able to mitigate some of the delay. One box did go missing temporarily, but they were quick to locate it and deliver it without any hassle.

I was especially impressed with how carefully everything was packed — not a single item was damaged during transit, which really speaks to their attention to detail and care.

Despite the minor hiccups, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning an international move.

This move was from Europe to the United States. International Sea and Air Shipping was easy to work with. The team was professional, friendly and helpful. They communicated with us through the entire process. No additional consultant required with this service provider.

The initial contact was January 2025 and the final delivery date was April 4, 2025.

The entire process was seamless and everything arrived safe and sound. Pricing was clear and upfront.

Moved from California to Spain. Although the shipment took a whole 5 months to arrive at the destination, which was 2 months over the expected date of arrival, It was a good experience overall. Both moving teams were very professional. Our stuff was very well packed, with minimal damage at the end.

Moving from USA to UK. Like clockwork with good communication before/during/after.

This is a awful service, they keep overcharging after the full service is paid for and they keep delaying things just because it’s not in their power to do better. The customer support is ignorant and if I could put 0 stars I would do it

If I could give it a zero rating, I would without hesitation. I contracted these services for my relocation from Massachusetts to Puerto Rico. I was informed that my shipment would be delivered to my doorstep within 30 days. However, this never materialized. After they began making excuses regarding the size of my belongings and claiming that it would take an additional 4 weeks or so, my belongings remained in storage for 3 weeks until I contacted them. They were claiming that it had already arrived in Miami and was still in a warehouse in Massachusetts. Fortunately, I was able to track one of my devices and determine its current location. Only then did they acknowledge that it was still in Massachusetts and had been transported to Miami, where it has been waiting for approximately 2 weeks. They are currently assessing the possibility of finding additional items and, if successful, shipping them.
Regrettably, I was not informed of any of these developments until after I had already paid and my belongings had been collected. I had trusted that I would receive my belongings on time, and now I am in need of items that are currently sitting in the Miami heat for an unknown duration. In approximately 2 weeks, it will have been 2 months, and I still do not have an estimated date for when my shipment will be shipped or received. This is, in my opinion, a highly irresponsible situation.
My coordinator only responded to every other email, but they were unable to take any action to expedite my shipment. This was despite the manager who had previously booked me faults for not being honest about the delivery date and the shipping process. All I received was a simple apology. At this point, I am desperate for my shipment and do not even know if it still exists.

Everyone was helpful with the process, answered questions, and responsive to email and phone calls. Made the process easier.

It was a smooth move. Items were picked up on time in Idaho and arrived to Spain undamaged. Good communication and service. Overall a great experience.
