Worked with Lucas and Graham. Found the process straightforward and I already had an idea of the lender we were going to go with as I had researched quite a bit but obviously needed Graham and Lucas skill to make everything work. If you are a visa holder thinking you are ready for the property ladder I would suggest InTouch as they are quite aware of how to set everything up for you with the correct lender. From my research I think we go the lowest rate in the market for our respective LTV.

Only suggestion would be if they could create a portal where applicants can submit documents instead of using emails for document submission.

I just want to say thank you especially to Graham and Lucas for all of their support. Me and my partner are first time buyers who had absolutely no clue on what to do or where start. InTouch have made the beginning of our journey stress free with no hassle for a free service I really can’t fault a thing. InTouch have been good for help in the Help to Buy mortgage process but I ended up abandoning the life cover process as I found the quotes to be much higher than I could purchase myself (approx 40% less) with the same insurer and level of cover.

We worked with Adam Carlin and the wider team late last year to secure a mortgage for our first home. As first time buyers, we were fairly clueless and Adam could not have been more helpful or patient with us. He explained everything so clearly, laid out our options and gave us some very sensible financial advice.
