Fantastic service

After reading a few negative reviews I was slightly nervous however, my order was delivered within 2 days with all the software loaded onto it and the clever addition of a usb with license keys added on there.
Fabulous company and fantastic support 👍🏻

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. Long repeating emails that never answering questions you have asked. A customer service team that when you speak to over phone they cannot tell you the cost you will actually pay for their laptops. Very surprised this company is used to support DSA students.

Amazing service

Amazing service. Was kept up to date all along the order process, and even during these awful times of the pandemic my product was delivered in a way that was safe to all concerned. Excellent communication and service all round. Highly recommend.

Invate is a company which has amazing…

Invate is a company which has amazing staff who keep you up to date with information about your device i.e. laptop. I placed my order and a few days later I received my Laptop loaded up with everything I need from key software and I am now able to work efficiently to organise my work and meetings on laptop to have on the go when I need it

The laptop arrived on time and it is speedy and light. I am happy with the service I received and I would recommend the company to another customer. They dealt with emails in a prompt fashion and were extremely polite in all conversations with me.

Invate is a supplier of assistive technology …....you can never reach!

Invate is a supplier of technology equipment and assistive technology for people with learning disabilities.

Contacting them is however impossible and make repeated claims they did not receive your email. A promise to call back never happens.

We tried to contact them by email and phone for over a month to arrange to get our equipment allocated through Study Finance England. As per other reviewers repeated claims of not receiving emails. In our case I could trace all emails as being opened and read.

Several phone calls were answered but always deflected and call back promised but never honoured.

We are now for over a month trying to get a confirmation to get the equipment our son badly needs. I have no fate this company will ever deliver or honour any form of warranty issues afterwards.

SFE and DSA should take action and provide alternative choices to this abysmal company.

My experiences with Invate has been amazing. Currently a student at University with a disability. From receiving the first email from Connor, followed up by a telephone in regards to my equipment to receiving texts from Bobby to arrange delivery and installation of the equipment was very professional. Really nice staff, they know there stuff. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Great service, very good communication and no problems

Invate were very helpful. Good at replying to emails and answered the phone promptly. All of the customer service people I spoke to were very helpful and informative. Delivery was pretty fast and through a courier firm. The courier messed up the delivery time but this was not the fault of Invate. Would reccommend the service.

Honestly haven't had any issue with…

Honestly haven't had any issue with this company.
I sent all the necessary documents, they tried to make me pay the £200 but when I made apparent that I would not be purchasing a laptop they were fine.
All emails were swift and delivery was made within a week.
The installation was quick and friendly and the contact to arrange it was also pleasant.
The software was not included but the technician quickly resolved it.
No problems.

i wouldn't even give them one star if i…

i wouldn't even give them one star if i could... i placed an order with invate, they picked up the phone and answered my emails when i was looking to buy a laptop, the second i had bought it, they stopped replying, I have called, left messages, emails.... it has now been over a month. I am having to complain through DSA.
STEER CLEAR of this company!!!!!
