The communication was inconsistent, and policies kept changing with little to no warning with each response. I was initially told they could invoice my university directly, only to be told weeks l... See more

For a company that predominantly caters…
For a company that predominantly caters to people with Splds and disabilities, it’s ridiculously unassessible.
I sent copies of all the letters I was asked to, one of which was password protected. Naturally I include the password in the email body and get an email back several days later asking what the password is! I’ve replied numerous times and haven’t had anything back at all. I’m not hopeful that I’ll get the equipment I have been given allowances for in time for my next set of deadlines.
I struggle with communication over the phone so this isn’t accessible to me, and being given no idea of how long it will take to get this sorted isn’t ideal for someone on the spectrum.
I feel so bad that I have to even give…
I feel so bad that I have to even give a star I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life, you cannot reach them, the customer service team when you finally do reach them are so un helpful and sarcastic, the delivery team is no better, they give you a time to deliver and totally ignore that time without even so much as a text to let you know there behind, no apology given just sarcasm. From the day I contacted them I have had pure problems so please do avoid this company with all cost.
Very disappointed in this company
Very disappointed in this company. I've sent my laptop back 3 times now - twice for the same problem. They refused to even give me a spare charger though mine is faulty. The phone hardly gets answered and the tech guy seems apathetic and disinterested. I have now contacted the assessment centre who is going to speak to someone higher up in the company. In the meantime, I'm exhausted through spending so much time in the university having to use their computers. As a disabled student with chronic fatigue this is not good.
Disgusting, incompetent and ride.
As others have mentioned, disgusting company.
Rarely answer the phone.
When getting through are rude and condescending
I was supplied a laptop that was faulty and informed Invate within 24 hours of receipt.
I was promised a call back from tech support but no call back occurred.
After calling back and insisting on getting issue resolved I was refused a replacement and told I should take back to manufacturer.
I contacted my DSA needs centre who are fully supportive and also horrified
My advice would be to avoid these cowboys at all costs and request a supplier change.
I would give 0 stars ...
I would give 0 stars if TrustPilot would allow it. It has been a whole year since my laptop started malfunctioning, it obviously needs replacing but they seem to be refusing to replace it. It's insured!! Why should I (a student, who needs her laptop!) wait for a whole year for her laptop to be fixed, sending it off again and again only for it to come back in the same condition.
They have basically left me without a laptop, hoping for me to finish university so that they aren't liable anymore? They're meant to have sent me a replacement but that doesn't seem to have been sorted either.
Very disappointed.
avoid at all costs
without doubt the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. cant get through on the phone half the time and they just won't answer calls and won't help. when i finally did get through they were rude and not understanding. they refused to refund my machine or replace it within 30 days of recipet even though it was obviously faulty from the point of purchase. they said that the date i got it from then was not the date of purchase when they bought it and so couldn't return it. utterly disgraceful will report to trading standards
