I’m really disappointed with this company. It seems like they are not being truthful and do not intend to send you anything. I noticed a lot of negative feedback after I bought a bivvy from them. They never gave me any updates on my order, so I had to call them. Then, they sent me a FAKE tracking ID to APC Overnight. When I called APC, they were unaware of that parcel. I called Invicta Angling again the next day, and they said the driver did not scan the parcel and had no idea where it was. After a week, I called them again, and they said they were working with APC. After a few days, I was so frustrated that I emailed them to cancel the order and get a refund. The next day, I called them, and they said they had done a refund. I had to call PayPal, and they told me they never started a refund.

Ordered 3 bags of pellets and only received 2. Phoned shop and said they would pop in the post. Still waiting!!! Tried emails but no reply or help. Seen the other reviews for this shop and I’m not the only one they are ripping off. DO NOT ORDER FROM INVICTA ANGLING. Robbing pricks.

used the website to order pellets and never arrived and got told they had been sent after nearly 3 weeks had to get paypal to get a refund , later used ebay to buy some items again never arrived ,

I ordered an item which arrived damaged, I tried contacting them via email multiple times over the period of a couple of weeks with no response. I gave up and returned the item at my own cost, this was around 3 weeks ago. I still haven't been issued a refund even after chasing them up several times over the phone where I was told it would be returned that day. Now I am out of pocket £150!

This company is an absolute disgrace.i ordered an inception Seatbox paid £320.had to get bank involved to get my money back after 5 weeks of not answering emails or phone calls. They take your money then buy stock for the shop with your money when they sell the stock they refund your purchase basically your funding this shop. Tim& Claudia barnes take a good look at yourselves.over the last 2 weeks I have contacted the financial ombudsman and several other authorities this shop needs to close and the directors need striking off……….

Shameful company please avoid. Ordered a set of floats that never arrived. Emailed them with no response, after 2 phone calls I was informed the issue would be resolved. Still nothing arrived called for the 3rd time and asked for refund. Nearly 2 weeks after the last call still no refund. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company.

Don't buy from this company I ordered a weed rake on the 27th may 2025 after 3 days phoned them as not arrived spoke to Sean he told me it had been collected by Royal Mail but they had not scanned it and there was no tracking number what a load of rubbish. He told me he would follow it up and get back to me with a phone call nothing. I then emailed them for a refund he sent a reply saying it would be done today no email confirmation.
I have now raised a dispute with PayPal and been given a refund.
Don't use this company at all costs as they lie to you and give you false information. you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Shameful money borrowing operation. Has no stock, takes your money, keeps it a few weeks then refunds. Doesnt answer calls or communicate. Avoid at all costs, you have been warned!

I ordered some items on 11.03. Part of the order was sent. I sent an email to let them know an no replay until now. I called them last week 2 times. First time they said they dispatched a day before the missing items but they didn't do it. Days after still no parcel. I called them second time and they turned off the phone when I tried to find what happened.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company, first time I used them I never heard anything after two weeks I rang them up he said items had been dispatched and he will chase them up, later that day I got a full refund all ok, a couple of months later I used them again same story after two weeks nothing I rang them and was told items dispatched and will chase up courier, a week later nothing tried ringing won't answer phone after three days trying to ring them I contacted PayPal within two days half my order turned up, I rang them up and managed to get through explained what happened and was told he would send me the missing items I even got a message through PayPal saying so he also sent me a link from the courier for the first half of the shipment which was now useless contacted PayPal again and explained everything but they wouldn't do anything due to him sending me a courier link, so basically he has stolen money from me. You have been warned stay clear.

Shocking! Spent 1K on a power barrow in may 24. The barrow was faulty after a few uses and I reported it on the 8th July. I tried to be patient with them as they were the seller not the manufacturer but when Jan 25 came I’d had enough of them not taking ownership and resolving the issue
We are now towards the end of feb 25 and the barrow has been returned and I am still chasing the refund
Will be contacting trading standards and the credit card company for a chargeback

Ordered a trakker chair phoned every week for four weeks. Fobbed off with excuses even given someone else's tracking number finally refunded. Such a waste of time if they are having problems fulfilling the order just be honest and say so.

Why does Ebay continue to support this fraudster company, your order will not be despatched and you cant contact via phone or email. Dont place any orders with Invicta Angling they are worse than useless, if you place orders for more than 1 item you will get a refund for 1 item and waste endless hours trying to get help from Ebay in getting the balance (they close the dispute) Very cleaver and devious.

Bought some PTFE bushes 2.3mm x4 packs they sent 3.2mm a £16.00 sale. Zero protective packaging (basically thrown in an envelope and posted) which translates into all items damaged- PTFE bushes that are received as flat as a witches! Sent images and asked them to resend the correct size- answer, No. return via eBay returns! So now I have to correctly package up the damaged items in a jiffy bag and return- cost £3.80 plus the hassle of the post office- it’s unnecessary right! Now this is not about the money it’s the principal. I rarely complain, in fact the opposite I will always thank a company or an individual for a good service and I’ll always leave a good review. Invicta Angling you truly are an exception- Funnily enough I’d always visit your shop when in Ashford and support you over Angling Direct, I’d always spend a minimum of £50 / £80.
Never again will you receive a penny of my money, I see my situation isn’t isolated and you wonder why small retail angling stores go bust.
You have not replied to a single message, you don’t answer your phone and you don’t return a call. It appears I am just one of many. It’s taken you 3 weeks to refund the damaged / wrong size items and you failed to reimburse me the £3.80 for the return postage. My advice to anyone considering an online purchase via eBay or direct is don’t bother.
Angling Direct is 3 miles away and does mail order- Maidstone Angling or Medway Tackle. Anyone but Invicta.

Same for me. Ordered some floats on 28th August. Haven't arrived, unable to contact via email or phone. I'm going to start a dispute with paypal.

Placed order six days ago and the only thing I have received is a email thanking me for my order. I have phoned about five times only to be lied to each time. A few days ago I was told my order was being collected by the courier at three o'clock that day. Yesterday I phoned again to find out what was going on, and was told that they would email me the tracking details straight away,still nothing. Tried to phone today about ten times, not answering the phone at all now. Opened a dispute with PayPal to try and get my money back. There is just no communication from this seller, I really don't know how they are continuing to trade on line. Looking at the other reviews I know I'm not the first to receive service like this, and I can guarantee that I will not be the last.

Invicta angling claim to have dispatched my order, claim they have sent it using Royal Mail 48. I placed two orders with other sellers two days after I ordered from Invicata Angling - the two other parcels from other sellers arrived two days later, and I received a tracking update from Royal Mail when delivery was successfully completed. Invicta Angling have provided no tracking details at all - it has been a full 7 days since they lied about dispatch. This year I have had every single Royal Mail 48 parcel arrive in two days - every single Royal Mail 24 has arrived the next day. You never dispatched the order, you lied, now you're keeping my money as long as you can. Scum! If ever have the misfortune to be in Ashford I will pop in your store and give you some grief personally.
