Should of read the reviews before instead of after I ordered. What an absolutely shocking company. If you want to be sure of receiving your tackle, avoid this company like the plague. Ordered some boots from them, and after put the order thru, thought I would look the company up and check the reviews out... . Such bad reviews and now I know why. Anyway I phoned them up the following day and asked when boots will possibly arrive and was told by Weds the following week ( ordered Thurs and phoned Fri). Anyway Wed's came and by afternoon no delivery. Phoned them up the Wed's afternoon to be told that sorry they hadn't sent them and would get on to it and will be with you Friday... You've guessed it Friday came and no delivery by the afternoon so again phoned them and was told it must be Royal Mail... I asked for a tracking number whilst on phone with them and was told, " will look it up and email it to you".. .. Guess what ... No email ... So gave it till the Monday and when still no boots, sent PayPal a message to claim my money back... This got sent to Invicta Angling and I then received a full refund.
Anyone reading this review, please please take my advice .... Do not, again I say do not ever attempt a purchase from this company online.... Maybe different going into the shop.
I don't like leaving bad reviews but I got lied to constantly by this company, and don't want anyone else going thru what I did.... Plenty of brilliant angling shops out there. Definitely not this one.... Richard

Confirmation of web order received by email following a purchase of an item shown as in stock. Two weeks later, no further update on dispatch. No answer by telephone, email or the 'contact us' link on their website. Currently raising a dispute through PayPal to return the funds for goods not supplied.

Terrible Service, Doesn't hold the stock as stated on website and very poor communication (as in no communication at all). Stay away and go to a decent tackle shop

Appalling company. They are strangers to the truth. They take your money for orders and don't have the item and don't refund or have any intention of supplying them. I had to threaten legal action to get monies back for items they did not send. Waste of time emailing as they do not respond. Phoned them many times and their stock response was they will speak to the courier and ring me back in 30 minutes. they never do respond so stear clear of these muppets. They contravene consumer law and don't even apologise. When I spoke to them they gave me attitude because I told them they had said the same thing to me the previous month. STEER CLEAR of doign business with them.

My wife ordered me a Korum graphite brolly for Christmas, stated as in stock on their website. They took the order and the money, 2 days later e-mailed my wife, not in stock expected next year. Why lie about it?

At the same time I ordered a JRC Stealth X Lite chair, same again, in stock and took my money. No delivery after 7 days, contacted them on the 21st, not in stock and not expected until next year. 2 presents not received for Christmas, time wasters! Told me they sent me an e-mail saying not in stock, no they didn't, liars again!

Why advertise stock and take peoples money when you quite clearly haven't got it? Why not say on your website out of stock like other more honest tackle dealers do?

Hang your heads in shame for trying to con anglers to buy from you. You underestimate the power of social media and the Internet at your expense.
